Those who are disqualified as teachers shall not sign up for the examination; Persons who have been disqualified as teachers shall not sign up for the examination within 5 years; Those who are deprived of political rights, or who have received criminal punishment of more than fixed-term imprisonment for intentional crimes, may not sign up for the examination; Those who cheat in the teacher qualification examination will be given 1-3 years to stop the examination in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violation of National Education Examination, and may not sign up for the examination during the punishment period.
