1. Examination organization: This examination is unified throughout the county, and the central school and middle school organize the examination separately, with the principal of the center taking overall responsibility.

The seventh and eighth grade exams are one test center in each middle school, and each test center is in the charge of the principal of the middle school.

2. Test site setting: Grade 7 and Grade 8 are tested in our school. 1-6 grade test sites are arranged by township central schools in line with the principle of safety first and proper concentration. Especially in middle school test sites, it is necessary to test the playing equipment in advance to ensure the smooth progress of the English listening test.

3. Examination paper storage: all central schools and test sites should have confidential rooms with obvious signs. There are two security personnel in the security room, and there are strict handover procedures, especially the examination time of each grade is not uniform, and the test papers should be strictly kept to ensure the safety of the test papers.

4. Examination room arrangement: one room for 30 people. /kloc-more than 0/0 people (including 10 people) will set up a single examination room in the backcourt, and less than 10 people will be arranged in the backcourt. Single person, single desk, single line, desk bucket upside down, test number from the front door side of the classroom upside down. Candidates are only allowed to bring necessary pens, ballpoint pens, pencils, erasers and drawing tools, and are not allowed to bring things unrelated to the exam into the examination room. Every examination room and examination room should have eye-catching signs.

5. Selection of main invigilators: All central schools and middle schools should select teachers with strong sense of responsibility, professional proficiency and strong competence as main invigilators, and set up an examiner and an invigilator for each exam to do a good job in professional and disciplinary training before the exam.

6. Time to pick up the questions: The middle school papers will be picked up by the vice principal or the director of education in charge of the middle school on the afternoon of June 27th, 20 14. On the afternoon of June 30th, 20 14, the primary school papers were collected by the vice president in charge of business in the central school from the teaching and research section, and were responsible for timely distribution to the township test sites to ensure that the test papers were sealed and preserved.

7. Marking and scoring: 1-6 grade is marked and scored by township central schools, and grades 7 and 8 are marked and scored by middle schools. Marking should be carried out in strict accordance with the scoring standards.

8. This teaching quality test provides an important basis for the performance appraisal of township middle school teachers, and provides a reference for the horizontal comparison between township middle schools and schools. Towns and schools must organize examinations in strict accordance with the requirements, and shall not change the examination time without authorization to avoid digression and missing questions.

9. Sampling the fourth grade in the county this semester. The county bureau selected 30 students from each township to conduct multimedia classroom examinations in the township. Two main invigilators were appointed in the township. The examination paper is stamped by the central school and sent to the county teaching and research office after the examination. The bureau will organize marking and registration in a unified way.

10. The headmaster is fully responsible for this exam. Students in the examination room shall not be replaced in any way. Our bureau will take effective measures to verify the candidates. If fraud is found, the principal will be advised to leave the examination room on the spot. The headmaster will take full responsibility and deal with it according to the seriousness of the case until he is expelled. If you can't take the exam due to illness or other special circumstances, the central school will report to the teaching and research section one day in advance, and the bureau will make unified arrangements to replace the students. Schools are not allowed to change without permission.
