Classroom atmosphere is an important factor that determines the quality of teaching. A good listening atmosphere can integrate the minds of teachers and students and achieve full communication. I always use innovative and effective teaching methods to create classroom activities, such as introducing music into the classroom and arranging textbook plays. The charm of teaching art lies in that it can stimulate students' enthusiasm and potential to pursue knowledge and explore truth, and make the classroom atmosphere tense but not rigid, active but not chaotic. Anne Forrest, a Canadian education expert, once said, "Your class is rarely completely quiet. Sharing and communication are the key to creating a relaxed atmosphere. The intense joy brought by new discoveries and new successes will make students interested in listening eagerly.
2. Clever use of students' listening attention.
In teaching, I first draw students' attention to my own teaching ideas. Teaching design ideas should be as incisive, concise, novel and interesting as possible, so that children can think, analyze and solve problems step by step with themselves. Secondly, I pay attention to guiding students' energy to the key and difficult points of teaching. In class, I use various ways to prompt, highlight and strengthen the key points of teaching, so as to maximize the students' "selective deafness" and make their attention have to stay here in stop for a minute and think for a moment. This unconsciously prolongs the attention time and improves the quality of attention.
3. Teach students how to listen.
Due to the limitation of age characteristics, students generally prefer others to listen to themselves rather than others. I enlighten students that "a good listener is often a good student who is good at thinking" and should develop good listening habits. First of all, I put forward a clear requirement that "listening should have five hearts", that is, first, we should concentrate, whether listening to the teacher or listening to the classmates, we should listen to every word said by the teacher or the spokesman, and don't think about other things in our minds; Second, be patient, don't interrupt casually, and don't express your opinion after listening to others' opinions. Third, be careful. When there are mistakes in other people's speeches, students are required to learn to evaluate their classmates' speeches so as not to repeat other people's opinions, and their own opinions should be based on other people's speeches or put forward novel opinions. Fourth, be open-minded. When others put forward different opinions from ourselves, we should be able to accept them with an open mind and correct our opinions while listening. Fifth, we should attach importance to other people's opinions, not blindly follow them, accept them selectively, and pay equal attention to "speaking", "listening" and "thinking" to promote each other. And teach students some methods: (1) Guess what the students will say. (2) Summarize students' views. (3) Think about what your classmates said. This is a very effective listening method. After a certain period of training, students in our class can listen before speaking, think before speaking, and gradually develop good listening habits.
4. Instruct students to listen.
Eyes or body movements can best reflect whether a student is listening. In class, I give serious guidance to students' listening posture. When listening to a classmate's speech, read a book or a teaching aid made by a teacher, don't face the classmate's face, and be single-minded. If the students' answers are consistent with their own thinking, smile and nod to show approval or approval. Students have formed such a habit. It is very beneficial for teachers and students to know the quality of students' lectures and get timely information feedback through my observation.
5. The teacher showed patience to listen.
Li Zhengtao said: "The process of education is a process in which educators and educatees listen to and respond to each other. ..... It is the moral responsibility of the teacher to listen to the narrative of the educated. " Let me first demonstrate listening to students' speeches and appreciate their bright thinking. Students are required to listen carefully to their own speeches and questions, and at the same time take into account the speeches and answers of other students. Regardless of whether the students' answers are correct or not, when they come to different conclusions from the teachers (textbooks), I give students a full opportunity to express their ideas and encourage them to tell everyone. The problems in students' narration are not simple negation, but full of expectation, encouragement and wit.
For example, when I taught myself the text Wuta to expand my thinking, I deliberately raised a controversial question-"Why can't I let my children go out alone?" Children have different views on this issue because of their different families and experiences, so I provided enough time and space for them to discuss in groups. I just acted as a collaborator and listener who presided over the coordination. When a person speaks, everyone listens carefully, which not only makes them understand, but also makes the speakers talk more and more. In teaching, let students know that speaking is not participation, but listening to classmates' speeches is also participation. Make students gradually develop the habit of listening to others. At the same time, in the process of listening, learn to analyze others' speeches, listen more and think more, learn from others' strengths and enrich yourself. I also ask students to dare to question and innovate when listening. In order to achieve this ideal goal, it is very important for teachers to demonstrate first.
6, timely evaluation, encourage students.
Correctly and appropriately evaluating students and giving full play to the exemplary role of role models are important factors to mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and an important means to cultivate students' listening comprehension. I should make timely and appropriate evaluation according to the students' learning situation in the teaching process. For example, "Look into this classmate's eyes. He kept looking at the teacher. How carefully he listened. " "This classmate can listen to others carefully and point out the shortcomings. We should learn from him." These infectious languages have narrowed the distance between teachers and students, created a democratic and harmonious classroom atmosphere, made the classroom present a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere, and also aroused students' interest in learning. In the cultivation of "listening", don't be stingy with your own praise, so that students can taste the joy of success and get the satisfaction of success. For example, I often say, "You listen most carefully, which is a sign of respect for others!" "It's amazing that you found such a small difference!" "You really helped him a lot by listening to his shortcomings." "You see, this classmate not only understood other people's speeches, but also joined his own ideas. Great! " ..... a look, a compliment, a smile, no time, no effort, but you can get obvious educational effect. Being good at discovering the bright spot of each student and encouraging them with sincere words, how can students not listen carefully in class?
7. Enhance self-control ability
First of all, we should pay attention to the characteristics of age groups. Self-control ability develops with the development of knowledge and practice, and has distinct age characteristics, so children cannot be required according to the requirements of adults. Preschool children are different from primary school students, primary school students are different from middle school students, and students in the lower, middle and upper grades of primary school also have their own characteristics. To cultivate self-control ability, it is necessary to step by step according to different working abilities, different levels of understanding and different practical experiences of children of different ages. Every teacher should have enough knowledge in this field, but there is no need to worry too much about it. Because the common problems of ordinary children are also the basis of our teaching. As long as we proceed from their reality, don't miss every opportunity, train strictly and persevere, our self-control ability will be gradually enhanced. For example, speak in a low voice, speak loudly, listen carefully, and work in an orderly manner. We should be sober and rational, cultivate self-awareness, let children make up their minds, strengthen self-control, pay attention to training, and form habits, thus forming excellent qualities in habits.
Listening is a skill, an ability and a quality. Learning to listen is a kind of respect. Students' listening habits can't be formed overnight. We need constant reminders, supervision and guidance, and persistent training. In teaching practice, there are listening training points almost everywhere. In teaching, we should be conscientious, be good at capturing and using every opportunity, and let students form the habit of listening to teachers and others' opinions. In this way, the habit of "learning to listen" will gradually develop, and teachers and students will perform more wonderful classes together.
