See PMBOK guide, page 156~ 157, section 5.4. Creating a work breakdown structure Creating a work breakdown structure is a process of breaking down project deliverables and project work into smaller and more manageable components. The main function of this process is to provide a framework for the content to be delivered, which is only executed once at a predefined point of the project. The work breakdown structure is the hierarchical decomposition of all the work scopes that the project team needs to implement in order to achieve the project objectives and create the required deliverables. The work breakdown structure organizes and defines the overall scope of the project, representing the work specified in the approved previous project scope statement. ?

1. Which of the following describes the temporary and long-term needs of new products/services/achievements after they are ready?

A. Business requirements

B. Solution requirements

C. Quality requirements

D. Transition and preparation requirements

Reference answer: d See PMBOK Guide, 148, section 5.2.3. 1. Transition and preparation requirements. These requirements describe the temporary capabilities needed to transition from "current state" to "future state", such as data conversion and training requirements.

2. When is agile scope planning particularly useful?

A. the demand for solutions is constantly emerging.

B. Unstable quality demand

C. Unstable business requirements

D. At the beginning of the project, the scope is well understood.

Reference answer: c See PMBOK Guide, 133. For projects with changing requirements, high risk or high uncertainty, the scope of the project is usually not clear at the beginning of the project, but needs to be gradually clear during the project process. Agile methods intentionally shorten the time for early project definition and scope negotiation, and extend the time to create the corresponding process of continuous exploration and clear scope. In many cases, the increasing demand often leads to the difference between the real business demand and the original business demand. Therefore, agile methods purposefully build and review prototypes, and clarify requirements by releasing versions several times. In this way, the scope will be defined and redefined throughout the project. In agile methods, requirements are put into unfinished projects.

3. Rolling planning:

Focus on long-term goals, while taking short-term goals as part of rolling planning.

? B detailed planning of the work to be completed in the near future and rough planning of the long-term work at a higher level.

Make a detailed plan for the future and long-term work package at the bottom of WBS.

D. In order to ensure the realization of WBS deliverables and project milestones, the uncertainty of activities should be planned in detail when making strategic plans.

Reference answer: b See PMBOK Guide, page 185, 6.2.2.3 Festival. Rolling planning Rolling planning is an iterative planning technology, that is, detailed planning for the work to be completed in the near future and rough planning for the long-term work at a higher level. It is a gradual and detailed planning method, which is suitable for work packages, planning packages and release plans using agile or waterfall methods. Therefore, at different stages of the project life cycle, the level of detail of the work will be different. In the early stage of strategic planning, the information is not clear enough, and the work package can only be decomposed to a known level of detail; Then, with more information, the work package to be realized in the near future can be decomposed into specific activities. ?

1. Drawing method of direct relation:

A. It is a technology that represents activities with nodes and connects activities with one or more logical relationships to show the realization order of activities.

B. it is a method to obtain project progress activities through probability.

C is a time phase diagram represented by an arrow diagram, indicating the duration of project activities and the dependence between activities.

When the duration of project activities is uncertain, it is more accurate than the critical path method.

Reference answer: a

See PMBOK Guide, page 189, section 6.3.2. 1.

Priority chart method

The drawing method of direct relationship is a technology to create progress model. Activities are represented by nodes, and activities are connected by one or more logical relationships to show the realization order of activities. The drawing method of direct relationship includes four kinds of dependency or logical relationship. An immediate activity is an activity that precedes a non-start activity in the logical path of the timetable. An immediate activity is an activity that follows the activity in the logical path of the timetable.

2. The duration of the activity is affected by the following circumstances, except the following circumstances:

A. estimating resource requirements for activities

B. Types of resources allocated to activities

C. availability of resources allocated to activities

D use the method of drawing the direct relationship of planned activities instead of the critical path method.

Reference answer: D.

See PMBOK guide, page 195 ~ 196, section 6.4.

Estimate the duration of the activity.

The information for estimating the duration of activities includes: work scope, required resource types and skill levels, estimated resource quantity and resource calendar, while other factors that may affect the duration estimation include the constraints on duration, related human input, resource types (such as fixed duration, fixed human input or work, fixed resource quantity) and the progress network analysis technology adopted. Various inputs required for duration estimation should be provided by individuals or groups who are most familiar with specific activities in the project team, and duration estimation should be gradually refined according to the quantity and quality of input data. For example, in engineering design projects, with the more detailed and accurate data, the accuracy and quality of time limit for a project estimation will be higher and higher.

The specific method used to analyze the duration of an activity does not affect the duration.

3. By increasing resources, with the minimum cost increase to compress the schedule duration of progress compression technology is called:

A. Catch up with work

B. Plan evaluation method

C. Drawing method of direct relationship

D. Quick follow-up

Reference answer: a

See PMBOK guide, page 2 15, 6.5.2.6 section.

Progressive compression technology

Schedule compression technology refers to shortening or speeding up the schedule to meet schedule constraints, mandatory dates or other schedule goals without narrowing the scope of the project. Negative floating time analysis is a useful technique. The critical path is the method with the least floating time. The total floating time may become negative when the constraint is violated or the date is enforced. Two effective schedule compression techniques are catching up with work and quick follow-up.

Catch up on work. By increasing resources, it is a technology to reduce the progress at the minimum cost. Examples of urgent work include approving overtime, adding additional resources or paying expedited fees to speed up activities on critical paths. Catch-up only applies to those activities that can shorten the duration by increasing resources and are located on the critical path. However, it is not always feasible to act in haste because it may lead to increased risks and/or costs.
