1. Please make sure your music link is valid first. Operation method: paste the music link you posted into the music box and open it in the address bar of IE browser to see if you can listen to it;

Please make sure that the last three letters of the music link you added are mp3 or wma. If you simply modify the page name and paste it, it is still invalid.

3. In the music collection, click the edit button that you can't listen to music in your music box, and check whether the link you posted in the music box is consistent with what you found on the webpage.

4. If you can play a song in your music collection by clicking it, but you can't play it by adding it to the playlist, please delete the song from the playlist and add it again.
