5. Teaching research and teaching work

Cultivate the ability to summarize and reflect, improve the teaching and research ability, and be a scholar-type teacher in teaching practice. Write 10 blog posts on education and teaching every year, and strive to publish 2 papers in the teaching and research section of Shennongjia forest region. Actively participate in the "effective teaching" research organized by the school, and actively participate in teaching and research activities such as electronic teaching plan preparation.
