Drop out of school, Chinese vocabulary, pinyin is xiūxué, which means that students can't continue their studies for some reason, and with the consent of the school, they keep their school status and suspend their studies. It is used as a verb.

Students who really need to drop out of school due to illness or other reasons must submit a written application with relevant certificates. The sick patient needs to show the diagnosis certificate of the third-class first-class hospital (generally, hospitals above the county level belong to the third-class first-class hospital), and those without diagnosis certificate or seal are invalid; Students will hand over the suspension materials to the counselor, who will verify the situation and sign it.

If students drop out of school due to illness, they need to submit the materials to the school health department, which will verify the students' situation; Students will hand in the suspension materials to their departments, and the department head in charge of student affairs will sign their consent or not.

Students will hand in the suspension materials to the Political and Educational Affairs Office, and the director of the Political and Educational Affairs Office will sign whether they agree or not; Students will submit the suspension materials to the Student Status Management Section of the Academic Affairs Office for discussion.
