Under the careful guidance of the team leader of Zhejiang Normal University and the relevant leaders and instructors of Ouhai Middle School, our 28 team members always take "learning to be a teacher and a model" as the goal, keep in mind the instructions of Secretary Zheng "study hard and be open-minded", give full play to their initiative and creativity, combine what they have learned in college classroom with actual teaching, earnestly carry out the teaching work and internship of the head teacher, and be earnest, practical and studious.
First, change the role, adjust the mentality, make overall plans and do a good job in the preliminary work.
On September 12, we stayed in Ouhai Middle School, and our team held a plenary meeting in time to arrange the work in the realization stage. The formulation and implementation of a series of rules and regulations, such as Work Timetable of Intern Teachers in Zhejiang Normal University, Health Duty Timetable of Intern Teachers in Zhejiang Normal University, Attendance Timetable of Intern Teachers in Zhejiang Normal University, and Code of Conduct for Intern Teachers in Zhejiang Normal University, have ensured the healthy and orderly development of internship work in our college, enabled team members to complete the role transformation in the first time, and demanded their words and deeds as prospective teachers.
The meeting between school leaders and instructors made us quickly understand the basic situation of our class and the specific tasks of teaching, and everything was ready. We welcomed the busy and complicated internship with the best mental outlook and mentality.
Second, under the guidance of famous teachers, study hard, sum up and improve, and comprehensively improve the teaching level.
The development of teaching work is mainly divided into three stages. In the first week of internship, I am fully familiar with the political teaching materials of Grade One in senior high school, listen to every political lesson of my tutor, and deeply understand the requirements and processes of classroom teaching. On this basis, according to the teaching arrangement, students independently prepare lessons, write lesson plans and give lectures. In each class, the teaching plan will be submitted to the instructor for strict review and revision, and then the lectures will be given in groups, and the second revision will be made under the guidance of the instructor and the revision opinions of the team members; Finally, on the premise of at least three trials, I entered the internship class to teach. After the teaching, according to the classroom effect and the instructor's evaluation, make a comprehensive summary, and strive to improve the shortcomings, so as to achieve better results in the next class. Every student's four classes are improving. From the aspects of teaching attitude, language, writing on the blackboard, speaking art, classroom atmosphere, etc., we all show the vigor and vitality of "newborn calves are not afraid of tigers" and humbly ask for advice, which has improved our teaching level qualitatively.
The final open class is also due to the joint efforts of everyone, which has achieved good results and won unanimous praise from the instructors and school leaders.
The affirmation of students, tutors and school leaders is the affirmation of our teaching level and the perfect pursuit of our teaching work. Just as President Jin said, "We should keep pursuing and working hard in teaching", I think every member of our team has already done so and will continue to do so.

The meticulous and conscientious work of the head teacher is the biggest feature of our internship team. As Teacher Hai Wang commented, "They are a beautiful landscape, hardworking, humble and practical ..."
From being fully familiar with the general situation of the class students, to appearing in the track and field at 6 o'clock every morning to supervise the students' morning running, to the management of class exercises and evening self-study, to the guidance of class meetings and competitions, we have shown our dedication and efforts. In the classroom, on the playground, in the dormitory and in front of the hospital bed, our figure is flashing.
Correcting homework and weekly diary; Communicate with students' hearts; Friends, teachers and students, sisters and brothers are all changeable and simple terms.
Learned to write the work plan of the class teacher and the activity plan of the theme class meeting; Learned to make class rules; Learned to educate students individually; I've learned ... I've tried home visits and held class committee meetings, which are the true portrayal of our internship.
Fourth, care for each other, unite and cooperate, make concerted efforts, and do a good job in summing up and finishing the work.
From the preparatory work in the early stage, to the specific work during the period, and then to the summary and reflection in the later stage, our 28 team members closely revolved around the banner of "Zhejiang Normal University Internship Team" and United and cooperated. In daily life, we take care of each other, and Qi Xin works together to ensure the health and happiness of every player; In the teaching process, we encourage and support each other, and make continuous progress in criticizing and being criticized; In class management, we help each other and urge each other; Constantly improve in the division of labor and cooperation, regardless of men and women, regardless of busy leisure, regardless of rain or shine, as always, constantly sum up and keep moving forward. Although our internship is coming to an end, our pursuit and efforts in teaching will never stop, and our care for students will never fade.
