I scope of the introduction
1. On-the-job backbone teachers outside the county who were born in Junan County or whose spouses worked in institutions in Junan County.
2. High-level teaching talents who volunteer to teach in our county.
Second, the introduction conditions
1. Abide by the Constitution and laws and love education;
2. Have good moral conduct and physical conditions suitable for the post, have corresponding teacher qualification certificates, and engage in education and teaching;
3. Have a bachelor degree or above;
4. The current work unit and local organizations and social departments agree to transfer out;
5. Good health and physical conditions for normal performance of duties;
6. A resident or spouse of Junan County who works in an institution of Junan County must meet the following conditions:
① On-the-job teachers in the education system outside the county;
② The age should be below 35 years old (born after August 27th, 1984), and the age can be relaxed to below 40 years old (born after August 27th,1979);
3. Engaged in education and teaching for more than three years;
(4) After the probation period expires, they have passed the annual assessment over the years.
7. The high-level teaching talents who volunteer to teach in our county should be under 40 years old (born after August 27th, 1979). Those who have won the honorary title at or above the prefecture level can be relaxed to under 45 years old (born after August 27th, 1974), and must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) won the honorary titles of super-class teacher, famous teacher, outstanding teacher and outstanding educator at or above the county level;
(2) in the past five years, he has obtained the titles of academic leaders, teaching experts (backbone teachers) or teaching rookies at or above the county level;
(3) in the past five years, he won the first prize of the county-level excellent course of this major and held an open class at or above the county level (issued by a teaching and research institution).
8. Excellent or urgently needed talents who have won the honorary title at or above the provincial level, obtained the title at or above the municipal level in the past five years, graduated from a "double-class" university with a "double-class" university master's degree or doctoral degree will be introduced on a case-by-case basis.
In any of the following circumstances, it shall not be introduced:
(a) suspected of violating discipline and law is being examined by the relevant specialized agencies, and no conclusion has been reached;
(2) Having been disciplined by Party discipline and government discipline;
(three) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, province and city, there are other restrictions on working in the directional unit under the length of service or transfer;
(4) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Third, the introduction plan
It is planned to introduce 20 people.
High school: 4 geography students, 2 chemistry students, 2 biology students, 2 Japanese students and 2 history students;
Primary school: 2 Chinese students, 2 math students, music 1 person, physical education 1 person, art 1 person, and comprehensive practice 1 person.
