"Educating the excellent and helping the poor" is the sacred duty of our teachers, and it is also an important link in our whole education and teaching process. Here, I will make a simple summary of my "training outstanding students and underage students" in recent years.

According to the requirements of the spirit of curriculum reform, the talents we are cultivating now should be all-round compound talents with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and with innovative consciousness and creativity. So, how do we know and understand our own "eugenics"? Our socialist construction and development need all kinds of high-quality talents and cutting-edge talents from all walks of life in Qian Qian. Therefore, as far as our primary school students are concerned, in the past, only students who were "excellent" in Chinese, mathematics and mathematics were considered as gifted students. This is obviously not comprehensive. We should also find other talented students. Such as: music, art and so on. We should find talented students who dare to explore and innovate.

How to cultivate eugenics? I have been exploring this problem. To sum up, mainly from the following aspects:

1. Adhere to the method of combining "whole" with "individual".

Unified requirements for prenatal and postnatal care, strict training. At the same time, cultivate their specialties, release their individuality and fly to their own blue sky.

Second, let the gifted students eat well and eat well.

In the process of imparting knowledge, we should first consider the universality of knowledge. Broaden their knowledge horizons, get out of textbooks, classrooms, society, life and nature, and try to meet their needs. Secondly, consider the depth and difficulty of knowledge. Properly design some exploratory topics, give enough "nutrition" and stimulate their thirst for knowledge.

Third, cultivate excellent quality and improve various abilities.

In the long-term education and teaching process, we should gradually teach them some learning methods and cultivate their corresponding abilities. Such as: conscious and active learning method, inquiry learning method, cooperative exchange learning method, etc. So persistent, round-trip training, and gradually develop a good learning quality, become a variety of learning abilities. So as to gradually reach the realm of "learning is for self-study" and "teaching is for not teaching".

Fourth, grasp the situation and conduct follow-up training.

From a psychological point of view, the mentality of primary school students has not yet been finalized. Their young minds are not only receptive to new things, but also disturbed by external things. Therefore, in the cultivation of eugenics, while imparting knowledge and cultivating ability, we should always grasp their psychological state and ideological trends, and correct them in time once the situation is found, so that they can always maintain a positive attitude and grow healthily and sturdily.

"All for students, all for students", so that every student can get development, which is the core of curriculum reform. Therefore, it is necessary to cultivate "excellent students" and do a good job in counseling poor students. In my long-term underage work, I have always insisted on four words, that is, "love" and "patience". Let's talk about it in detail here.

First of all, find out the reasons for the differences and prescribe the right medicine.

This includes two meanings: 1, and find out the reasons for each difference; 2. Find out where each poor student is and how bad it is. According to the investigation, formulate a feasible and effective "minor" program to help every poor student in a targeted, planned and step-by-step manner.

2. Respect personality and enhance self-confidence.

In the minor, I always find that there are always some poor students who have the mentality of "I can't lift my head, I can't straighten my waist, I'm so stupid". Faced with these situations, I first treat excellent and poor students equally, do not discriminate against poor students, always care for them, stay close to their lives, and don't criticize them casually. At the same time, excellent students are required to do it, and bullying poor students is not allowed. In short, let poor students feel the care and love of teachers and classmates, and feel the warmth of the class. Let them enhance their self-confidence, study easily and happily, and share happiness with each other.

3. Promote the activities of "seeking advantages and avoiding disadvantages" and "helping a group".

Let an excellent student lead a poor student, and everyone can learn from each other, learn from each other's strengths and improve together. It not only enhances the friendship between classmates, but also reduces the workload of teachers. It is really the best of both worlds and has achieved good results for a long time.

4. Treat it differently and deal with it flexibly.

The learning requirements of poor students cannot be standardized. It includes two aspects, namely, learning content and learning effect. Make different requirements for poor students of different degrees. At the same time, the requirements for their study should not be too high. This is my way of dealing with this problem. If there is gain, it means progress. If there is progress, it means full affirmation, praise and encouragement.

5. Treat students warmly and treat problems calmly.

"Counseling poor students" is a long and hard work. At work, we often encounter some unexpected problems, such as discipline, mentality, study and so on. In the face of some problems, don't be impatient, be calm, be patient and take pains.

In short, "cultivating excellent people to help the poor" must first pay attention to methods, follow the law, and don't step into misunderstandings. Second, we should persevere and don't give up halfway.
