Early this morning, I went to a big party with my mother, brother and grandmother. My brother and I skipped along, and my mother and grandmother walked slowly behind.
This is a lively party. Some people are selling fruits, some are selling vegetables, some are selling tofu, and some are selling crabs ... People come and go, and the goods are fresh and diverse, and they are cheap. Most of these goods are local products, which are truly green and pollution-free food. We are dazzled.
We bought ribs and walked for a while. My mother saw a pile of red dates at a glance. These dates are sweet and crisp, and taste juicy and tender. Mom and grandma choose big, red, fresh and harmless ones. I quickly picked out a big bag of dates. Just after paying the money, my brother and I couldn't wait to grab a handful and wolfed it down, which made me understand the meaning of the idiom "gulping down dates".
We bought chestnuts, ginger and so on. And the things in the bag are getting heavier and heavier, so my brother and I hurried to pack for grandma.
Today, although we are very tired, we have gained a lot, so we are very happy.
