Maybe it's Mr. China. Math teachers basically don't need foreigners, don't know the local textbooks and syllabus, and have poor English, so MOE basically won't consider it. Except for Mr. China, other course teachers rarely recruit foreigners who graduated from foreign universities, unless they graduated from local universities.
