What are the contents of the MBA exam?
The MBA entrance examination includes two parts: the initial examination (written examination) and the second examination (interview). Below, we will list the content, key points and score distribution of the exam in detail for candidates.

The written test includes English and comprehensive papers.

1, comprehensive ability test (200 points), including: knowledge of mathematics, logic and writing.

Mathematics (75 points): The main examinations: real numbers, algebraic expressions and fractions, equations and inequalities, numerical series, preliminary knowledge of permutation and combination and probability, plane geometry, analytic geometry and other elementary mathematics knowledge points. The difficulties in senior three are multiple-choice questions, and the test sites are greatly compressed, requiring candidates to have a deep grasp of basic knowledge points.

Logic (60 points): It is mainly an examination of the ability of analysis and judgment. Including the ability to understand and analyze information; Ability to synthesize and judge things; Ability of deductive reasoning and inductive reasoning; Investigation on logical thinking such as corresponding argumentation and evaluation. They are all multiple-choice questions. Because this part of knowledge candidates are rarely involved in the university, it is necessary to practice more and master the answering skills.

Writing (65 points): examine students' ability to express words and analyze and demonstrate with words in the form of argument validity analysis; Through propositional composition, free propositional composition or case analysis, this paper examines the examinee's ability to express words, understand, integrate and discuss information, as well as his cognition and unique views on current hot topics in society.

Number of questions: 25 questions (Mathematics) +30 questions (Logic) +2 questions (Writing)

Generally speaking, the comprehensive examination is the ability of analysis and application, and the knowledge points will not be too difficult. The main problem faced by candidates is that there is a large number of questions and there is not enough time to think about answering them. Therefore, candidates need to do more exercises during the preparation period and allocate the time for answering questions reasonably.

2. English (total score 100).

There are mainly the following parts to examine:

Vocabulary inspection (10): It is required to master 5500 words and phrases specified in the syllabus.

Reading comprehension (50 points): CET-4 article.

Translation Test (15): English-Chinese translation of150 words.

Writing (25 points): mainly examine the writing level of English expository or argumentative essays.

The key to success in an English exam depends largely on your vocabulary. It can be said that "vocabulary" is "English". Therefore, candidates should pay attention to the usual vocabulary accumulation in the preparation process.

In addition to written examination, interview is also an important part of the joint examination. Interviews are all self-made exams in the school. For most ordinary MBA institutions, the interview is relatively simple and the elimination rate is very low. Therefore, candidates can prepare in advance and pass the interview according to the content and scope of the interview announced by the college. However, for famous MBA schools, such as Tsinghua, Peking University, People's Congress and other universities, interview has become particularly important, especially since 20 1 1, more and more MBA colleges have implemented the policy of early interview, and students can only be admitted to the school through early interview.
