There are five national college entrance examinations in Korea, namely, Chinese, Mathematics, Mathematics I, English and Social Exploration.
The Korean College Entrance Examination, also known as the Korean University Learning Ability Examination, is one of the exams that Korean students must pass to enter universities. Generally, Korean college entrance examination is held in the middle of June 165438+ 10. The students who take the college entrance examination in Korea are mainly composed of three parts, mainly high school graduates, past graduates and primary and secondary school students who have passed the special qualification examination, among which the reference number of fresh graduates is the largest.
Korean college entrance examination is divided into arts and sciences;
1. The subjects investigated in the field of mathematics are different: science students have to take math I, probability statistics and calculus, and liberal arts students have to take math I, math II and probability statistics.
2. The objects of inquiry field investigation are different: science students investigate the scientific field, and arts students investigate the social field. Science students investigate two of the eight scientific fields, and the eight subjects include Physics I, Physics II, Chemistry I, Chemistry II, Life Science I, Life Science II, Earth Science I and Earth Science II.
The social fields investigated by liberal arts students are two out of nine, and the nine subjects include life ethics, ethical thoughts, Korean geography, world geography, East Asian history, world history, politics and law, economy and social culture.
Admission procedure:
1. The Korea Educational Process Evaluation Institute, the title institution, announced the test answers and test results.
2. After that, students can apply to three universities, and then take part in the re-examination of each university from June to February of the following year.
3. Both students and schools are in the form of multiple choices. For example, if a student applies to Seoul National University and Yonsei University at the same time, and both are accepted, it is up to the student to decide which university to go to. Unlike the term time in China, the first term in Korea is in March every spring.
