The interview takes the form of structured interview and scenario simulation, and is conducted through lesson preparation (or activity design), trial lecture (or demonstration) and defense (or presentation). Follow the Standards of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers (Trial) and the Examination Outline (Trial) (interview part), and mainly assess the basic teaching qualities of candidates such as professional ethics, psychological quality, gfd, verbal expression and thinking quality.

The general interview time is about 20 minutes. The interview is divided into three parts: structured, trial and defense. The interview result is qualified or unqualified.
Interview requirements: no information, just ask and answer, talk and communicate. Dignified appearance, decent dress, generous behavior, elegant temperament and good morality. Use Mandarin, the language is clear, fluent, accurate, complete and infectious. Educational question-and-answer is divided into two necessary questions, aiming at the related problems of the subject to be taught and the basic knowledge of pedagogy, psychology and related majors.
Requirements for the defense of the trial lecture: lecture a teaching segment within 10 minutes, and then answer two questions raised by the examiner for defense, mainly involving the content of the trial lecture, the development of education and teaching, political and ideological theory, etc.
