History of Pengzhou Middle School in Sichuan Province
1756 (the 21st year of Qing Qianlong), Pengmen Yixue was changed to Jiu Feng Academy.

190 1 year (twenty-seventh year of Guangxu in Qing dynasty), Jiu Feng Academy was changed to Jingwei School. This is the first new school in Pengzhou's educational history, with Yang Ren as the first dean.

1902 (twenty-eight years of Guangxu), Wang Yu, a juren, succeeded Tang Zhu.

1903 (the 29th year of Guangxu), the Qing government promulgated the Guimao academic system. On this basis, Pengxian Jingwei School was changed to Pengxian Higher Primary School, and the school site was selected in the temple in the south of Pengxian County, with Yang Ren as the general manager.

1929 (Republic of China 18), Pengxian Teachers College for Nationalities was merged into Peng Zhong and renamed Peng Zhong Teachers College for Nationalities, with He Bozhong, the county magistrate, as acting principal.

1932 (in the 21st year of the Republic of China), the school property and school furniture attached to the National Teachers' College in counties and cities and the Rural Women's Teachers' College were merged into Peng Zhong, and the Peng Zhong Women's Department was established to recruit 30 girls in the first session.

1936 (25 years of the Republic of China), was ordered to change its name to Pengxian junior high school. China Scout Group 1873 was established, with Yang Zongjin as the leader and Wang Zhongming as the deputy leader.

1939 (28 years of the Republic of China) In February, a one-year training course for primary school teachers was held in Chenghuang Temple.

1944 (thirty-three years of the Republic of China), was promoted to complete middle school, and ordered to be renamed Pengxian Middle School, and military instructors were set up according to regulations to conduct military training for high school students.

1945 (thirty-four years of the Republic of China), the Peng Zhong Women's Department was changed to Pengxian Women's Junior High School, which was separated from Peng Zhong.

1949 (thirty-eight years of the Republic of China), October, "leave", leaving a few people to look after the school. 1 1 month, Pengxian was peacefully liberated and the People's Liberation Army entered Pengxian. Teachers returned to school one after another, and some teachers and students participated in literary and artistic publicity activities to welcome liberation.

1952 In July, the Provincial Department of Education named the school Pengxian Middle School in Sichuan Province and issued the school seal.

At the beginning of 1967, teachers and students started a "great series revolution". In March, the Mao Zedong Thought Propaganda Team of the People's Liberation Army entered the school to "resume classes and engage in revolution". The school's party and government leadership team was paralyzed by the impact.

In August, workers and the Mao Zedong Thought Propaganda Team of the People's Liberation Army entered to lead the struggle to "clean up the class ranks". 1February, the "Peng Zhong Revolutionary Committee" was established.

1In August, 974, Chengguan No.2 Middle School moved from downtown to Peng Zhong Campus. Some teachers who used to work in Peng Zhong were transferred to No.2 Middle School.

1978 Restored the name of Pengxian Middle School in Sichuan Province and designated it as the county key middle school. Most teachers who used to be in Peng Zhong have been transferred back.

1982, Peng Zhong was recognized as a provincial key middle school by Sichuan Provincial Department of Education.

1984, President Liu Guang put forward the slogans of "forging ahead and rejuvenating Peng Zhong" and "cultivating talents and building the four modernizations", which were written on both sides of the school gate and initiated by Luo Ji, and the Anonymous Flower Literature Society was established.

1990, Liu Yuwen, a math teacher in Peng Zhong, was listed in the Dictionary of Chinese Celebrities in Mathematics Education.

1994, Pengxian County was withdrawn from the county to establish a city. With the approval of Pengzhou City, the former Pengxian Middle School in Sichuan Province was renamed Pengzhou Middle School in Sichuan Province.

On July 26th, 2002, Sichuan Provincial Department of Education approved Pengzhou Middle School as a national model ordinary high school.
