Southwest Petroleum University was founded in 1958. Chapter I General Provisions

Article 7 The discipline inspection and supervision department of Southwest Petroleum University is responsible for supervising the whole process of enrollment.
Chapter III Enrollment and Admission
Section 1 Basic Principles
Article 8 Southwest Petroleum University shall determine the enrollment plans of all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) according to the actual situation of personnel training objectives and school-running conditions, taking into account factors such as policy requirements, quality of students, coordinated regional development, and planned arrangements over the years. The enrollment plans and related requirements of all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) shall be subject to those promulgated by the provincial admissions examination department (hereinafter referred to as the provincial admissions office).
Article 9 Southwest Petroleum University will implement long-distance online admission in 2022, and the enrollment ratio will be determined according to the situation of students in various provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions). The province (city, autonomous region) that implements parallel volunteer's file-filing mode should control the file-shifting ratio within 105% in principle; In principle, the proportion of file shifting in provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) that implement the sequential voluntary filing mode is controlled within 120%.
Article 10 Southwest Petroleum University does not restrict non-foreign language major candidates from taking foreign language exams. English is a foreign language for computer majors in Nanchong Campus. Non-English language candidates should be cautious when filling in their volunteers. English or Russian is a foreign language for other majors. Candidates who are not English or Russian should be cautious when filling in their volunteers.
English majors in Southwest Petroleum University are limited to English language candidates, and Russian majors are limited to Russian and English language candidates. In principle, English majors and Russian majors require candidates to get at least 65,438+005 (65,438+050) in college entrance examination. If the foreign language oral examination is organized by the provincial recruitment office in the place of origin, candidates must pass the oral examination.
Article 11 Southwest Petroleum University recognizes the bonus points policy formulated by Sichuan Province, and also recognizes the bonus points policies formulated by the admissions committees of other enrollment provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) for ordinary colleges and universities across the country.
Article 12 Southwest Petroleum University's requirements for candidates' physical health shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the former Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation. If the candidates are not truly reflected and accepted, the school will reserve the right to withdraw from the electronic file.
Article 13 The reserved plan of Southwest Petroleum University shall not exceed 1% of this year's undergraduate enrollment plan. The reserved plan is used to recruit qualified candidates according to the situation of students in various provinces (cities and autonomous regions).
Section 2 Admission of General Majors
Article 14 Southwest Petroleum University enrolls students for the whole country. The enrollment in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Hainan, Hebei, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Fujian, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, and Chongqing 14 provinces and cities shall be implemented according to the policies formulated by the local provincial admissions office, and the required subjects of related majors shall be implemented according to the latest plan announced by the provincial admissions office.
Article 15 For candidates who enter the archives, Southwest Petroleum University arranges professional admission according to the standard score line of professional archives. The benchmark score of candidates' professional files = candidates' college entrance examination scores+policy scores, and there is no grade difference between professional volunteers. When enrolling majors, under the condition of the same professional benchmark scores, the priority admission reference subjects are foreign languages and mathematics in turn.
Article 16 When the candidates' professional volunteers are not satisfied, Southwest Petroleum University will transfer those who are subject to professional adjustment to incomplete majors according to high scores to low scores; Those who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed. Candidates enrolled by parallel volunteer in provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) who meet the professional requirements after professional adjustment promise not to quit their jobs.
Section 3 Admission of Arts and Sports Majors
Article 17 Candidates who apply for the physical education major of Southwest Petroleum University must participate in the professional unified examination organized by the provincial recruitment office and reach the corresponding batch of undergraduate admission control scores. Among them, the cultural achievements of candidates in Sichuan Province and Chongqing City must be no less than 50 points on the corresponding batch of undergraduate admission control scores designated by the provincial recruitment office. Candidates from other provinces must reach the corresponding batch of undergraduate admission control scores specified by the Provincial Admissions Office. If there is no clear stipulation in the provincial admissions office, the school will sort the candidates according to the total score of professional achievements from high to low. If there are clear regulations, the school will apply for admission according to the principles stipulated by the provincial admissions office.

Article 19 Candidates who apply for the art major of Southwest Petroleum University must take the unified examination of art major organized by the provincial recruitment office and reach the corresponding batch of undergraduate admission control scores. Candidates from Sichuan and Chongqing who apply for our school's performance major, broadcasting and hosting art major must have a cultural score of not less than 30 points for the corresponding batch of undergraduate cultural scores designated by the Provincial Admissions Office, and the cultural scores of candidates from other provinces must reach the corresponding batch of undergraduate cultural scores designated by the Provincial Admissions Office. Candidates who apply for the radio and television director major in our school must reach the corresponding batch of undergraduate cultural achievement admission control line designated by the provincial recruitment office.
If there is no clear stipulation in the provincial admissions office, the majors of performance, broadcasting and hosting art will be admitted according to the results of the unified professional examination, and the admitted candidates will be selected according to the results of the unified professional examination from high to low. Under the same conditions, candidates with higher cultural achievements in the college entrance examination will be given priority; Radio and television director majors file according to the cultural achievements of the college entrance examination. Among the candidates who file, they are selected from high to low according to the cultural achievements of the college entrance examination. If there are clear provisions in the provincial admissions office, admission shall be made in accordance with the principles stipulated in the provincial admissions office. Under the condition of the same score, the priority admission order of performance major, broadcasting and hosting art major is professional unified examination results and college entrance examination cultural results; The priority admission order of radio and television director major is college entrance examination cultural achievement and professional unified examination achievement.

Article 22 Southwest Petroleum University enrolls minority undergraduate preparatory classes in Sichuan Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The first-class demonstration preparatory training school in Sichuan Province was announced by Sichuan Education Examinations Institute, and the other preparatory training schools were Xichang College. Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions
Twenty-third students' tuition and accommodation fees are strictly in accordance with the Notice of the Provincial Price Bureau, the Provincial Department of Finance and the Provincial Department of Education on the pilot reform of credit system fees in ordinary colleges and universities in our province (Sichuan Price Fee [2004]118). Service fees and agency fees are charged according to the principle of students' voluntariness and non-profit.

Twenty-sixth freshmen, after receiving the letter of admission from Southwest Petroleum University, should handle the extraction or mailing of freshmen's files in time to ensure that freshmen's files arrive at the school before registration. Article 27 At the time of registration, Southwest Petroleum University will organize a physical examination for freshmen. Students whose retest conclusion is inconsistent with the physical examination information of the college entrance examination will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Student Status of Southwest Petroleum University.
Twenty-eighth after the registration, Southwest Petroleum University will organize a new qualification review. Students who fail to pass the qualification review shall be disqualified according to relevant regulations.
