Our math preparation group has 10 teachers, 2 old teachers, 3 young and middle-aged backbones and 5 young teachers. Young teachers are eager to learn and make progress, young and middle-aged teachers have high professional quality, and old teachers care and care for young teachers. They are a united, harmonious and progressive group. Teachers in the group prepare lessons carefully, listen to lectures carefully, give tutoring after class seriously, and carefully correct students' homework and weekly reports. Studying teaching methods and learning methods in the office truly embodies the good atmosphere of cooperation in the process of competition, competition on the basis of cooperation, working under research conditions and research under working conditions. In a word, our math preparation group is a team that can bear hardships, fight and win.
After three months of school, outstanding people and things:
(1) Guan Yongjian and Gu Wenjun can take the initiative to undertake public welfare education activities;
(2) Sun Xia and other young teachers actively participate in the work of the lesson preparation team. Their typing speed is fast, the picture is beautiful and generous, the teaching is pertinent and thoughtful, and the teaching effect is obviously improved;
(3) Young teachers, such as Wang Ruiding, use the rest time such as noon or evening self-study to help students with learning difficulties;
Secondly, it explains the shortcomings of this preparation group in education and teaching since half a semester.
(1), lack of initiative in learning new syllabus and new textbooks, inaccurate grasp of textbooks, few topics, insufficient teaching depth, and inadequate teaching of key and difficult points.
(2) Students are not strict enough to handle the relationship between strictness and love. A small number of students' counseling plans, homework and test papers are not standardized, and their homework is late or even not handed in, and their education and supervision are not enough. At the same time, the error correction work is not in place.
(3) The classroom teaching is inefficient, unable to catch students and outdated teaching methods.
Third, think about the future work:
(1) learning: learning from the syllabus, books and peers, accepting new knowledge and changing old ideas;
(2) Improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, teaching in strict accordance with the classroom mode of "reading, thinking, discussing and discussing", and really put the focus of teaching first; In class, we should grasp the key points, skillfully talk about the difficult points, put what should be said in place, and don't talk directly about what shouldn't be said;
(3) Pay attention to counseling, correcting mistakes and answering questions: make good use of appropriate time to make up for mistakes, care for underachievers, and firmly believe that every student can succeed; Improve the use of wrong problem sets, so that mistakes must be corrected and criticisms must be raised; With the help of the answer sheet, we can understand the learning situation and master the students' needs, thus narrowing the gap between classes;
(4) Developing mathematics competition counseling, cultivating top students and stimulating students' interest in learning mathematics.
