Secondary vocational school students
Secondary vocational students are not only equivalent to high school, but also secondary vocational education. This is because high school education in China includes vocational high schools and secondary technical schools. Together, they form a complete educational system, which provides different educational choices for junior high school graduates.
Secondary vocational education is influenced by high fever and people's traditional ideas. Students in secondary vocational schools usually spend two and a half years in school (the last half year is social practice, and some schools call it work-study alternation). Students mainly study vocational skills, but also learn some cultural knowledge (Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages). From 20 17 to 20 18, there were 2.336 million secondary vocational school graduates (subject to the students who finally got the diploma).
Students' continuing education in three schools
The unified national examination for enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities stipulates that all candidates who apply for "three-school students" in higher vocational colleges must be fresh graduates of qualified schools approved by the Provincial Department of Education. Graduates from "Three Schools" can choose to take the unified entrance examination for higher vocational colleges held in May or the general college entrance examination held in June, and they can only choose one item and cannot repeat it. For example, candidates in Tianjin can take the spring college entrance examination and the autumn college entrance examination, which is different from some places.
The diplomas of students and high school students in the three schools are the same. After graduation, students from the three schools can take part in the work, or they can take the single-recruit single-recruit examination for students from the three schools, be admitted to a junior college or a higher vocational college, and then take the examination for upgrading from junior college to undergraduate college.
Students who apply for three schools are relative to fresh middle school graduates and do not enroll students.
