Since 20021,Ji' an has fully implemented the junior high school academic level examination, which is divided into scoring subjects and examination subjects. Scoring subjects adopt "8+2" mode, and the total score is adjusted from 800 to 830.

The scores are as follows: Chinese 120, Mathematics 120, Foreign Language 120 (including listening 20), Morality and Rule of Law 80, History 80, Physics 80 (excluding experiments), Chemistry 70 (excluding experiments), Physical Education and Health (the scores are implemented according to the requirements of the provincial education department documents). 50 points for geography and 50 points for biology (excluding experiments).

Information technology, physical experiment, chemical experiment, biological experiment, music and art are the examination subjects, which are presented in the form of grades (divided into qualified grades and unqualified grades).
