How to insert page breaks in latex
If you want to make a table of contents or add a page number at the beginning of a specified page, first click the Insert-separator (ctrl+enter directly at the specified location) to leave a blank page, and then click View-Header and Footer. In the Header and Footer window, you can switch between the header and footer, click Down to go to the footer, and then click Page Setup in the Header and Footer window to select Ben in the application.
By default, the tex processor uses Latex math separators, which are \ (... \) for online math and \ [... \] for displaying formulas. It can also recognize the equation that the tex separator $ $ ... $ $ is used to display, but it does not define $. ... $ as an embedded mathematical separator.
