The new curriculum reform is both an opportunity and a challenge for every teacher. As a mathematics teacher, we should deeply understand and master the new curriculum system of senior high school mathematics, including curriculum setting, curriculum objectives and curriculum content, constantly update our knowledge system, form a multi-level and diversified knowledge structure, innovate teaching models and methods, and establish the concept of lifelong learning. In order to adapt to the new curriculum reform, mathematics teachers should be fully prepared from the following aspects.

First of all, teachers should update their educational concepts.

First of all, teachers must abandon the old educational concept and establish a correct view of talents, quality and students; Secondly, teachers' knowledge structure should be constantly updated, and many new knowledge contents have been added to the new curriculum standards of senior high school mathematics. In order to adapt to the new curriculum reform, teachers should improve their professional theoretical level through self-study and training in the new curriculum reform. Thirdly, the opening of mathematics culture course and comprehensive course puts forward new requirements for mathematics teachers, that is to say, mathematics teachers should not only master their own professional knowledge, but also expand their knowledge and learn more interdisciplinary knowledge.

The new curriculum reform requires teachers to take the new curriculum standard as a guide, combine with the mathematics reality, let students go out of books, out of classrooms and into real life, and guide students to study, explore and cooperate independently. The new curriculum requires changing organizational teaching into motivation, imparting knowledge into active knowledge, consolidating knowledge into self-expression, applying knowledge into practice and innovation, and checking knowledge into mutual communication. Under such requirements, teachers must have a solid professional foundation and a wide range of knowledge, and think in many ways when preparing lessons, so as to reasonably solve the problems arising from classroom presupposition. Completing the teaching content in inquiry makes the whole inquiry process close to perfection and promotes the improvement of students' thinking ability.

Second, establish the concept of lifelong learning.

Nowadays, information network technology and digital technology are changing with each passing day. Besides static text transmission, knowledge can also exist in the form of dynamic hypertext. Under such social conditions, even if a teacher is well educated, it is hard to say that he "knows the world". The teacher wants to give the students a glass of water, and the knowledge stock of "a bucket of water" in the traditional sense is far from meeting the requirements. We must turn "a bucket of water" into "running water". We should take lifelong learning as our own pursuit and goal, live endlessly and learn endlessly, and provide a steady stream of living water for teaching. At the same time, middle school students in the information age have broad horizons, strong curiosity and thirst for knowledge, and high requirements for teachers. If teachers do not have extensive scientific and cultural knowledge, it is difficult to complete their teaching tasks. To be a good teacher and teach mathematics well, we must keep learning, dabble extensively, be a new type of "saint", be a scholar who meets the needs of students, and form our own good mathematical literacy.

Third, change teaching methods and improve the relationship between teachers and students.

1. Pay attention to the cultivation of mathematical thinking in teaching. Because the previous high school mathematics textbooks highlighted the knowledge system of mathematics and the college entrance examination, classroom teaching was carried out according to the knowledge and ability requirements of the college entrance examination, and the whole teaching process stifled students' thinking ability. The new curriculum reform pays attention to the cultivation of students' ability. In the process of inquiry, students not only accept new knowledge, but also learn the ability to deal with problems.

2. Reasonable use of multimedia teaching. Using computer screen demonstration can process a large number of data and images in mathematics teaching in time, show some changing teaching processes, form vivid dynamic effects, make abstract theories fully displayed in front of students according to their true colors, and help students understand abstract concepts. Computers can not only provide enough examples for mathematical concepts, theorems and properties, but also help students understand the connotation and extension of abstract concepts from different angles. Its graphic function is also beneficial to cultivate their spatial imagination.

3. Let students become the masters of learning. According to the requirements of the new curriculum reform, students are the masters of the classroom, and teachers should respect the students' dominant position and return the classroom to the students. Teaching practice shows that meaningful and efficient teaching can not only make students really devote themselves to the situation created by teachers, but also stimulate students' interest in learning, thus prompting students to actively find and think about problems. In classroom teaching, teachers should start with teaching materials, be close to reality, connect with life, improve students' interest in learning, stimulate students' desire for knowledge, fully mobilize students' enthusiasm and initiative to participate in the classroom, and do everything possible to create a relaxed, active, happy and harmonious classroom atmosphere, truly realize the win-win interaction of teaching activities and cultivate students' inquiry ability.

4. Reasonable arrangement of classroom teaching. Successful classroom teaching is due to the careful arrangement of teachers and the clever cooperation of students. As a math teacher, first, we should pay attention to the arrangement of preview before class. Because of the great convergence gradient of mathematics content in junior high school and senior high school, the methods of teaching and learning have changed greatly, so we must pay attention to preview before class: second, introduce new courses reasonably, review the old ones step by step and learn the new ones; Third, after class, we should reflect in time, constantly sum up experiences and lessons, and achieve success.
