On the first day of the 201810/5 competition, after careful preparation, the teachers competed in the order from Grade One to Grade Six, and the teachers presented us with wonderful lessons one after another. Through the competition, teachers' classroom teaching highlights:
1. Young teachers have advanced teaching concepts. From the teacher's classroom, teachers have considered the implementation of the new concept of curriculum reform when designing class hours, and can organize learning activities according to students' characteristics and guide students to learn new knowledge through independent inquiry.
2. The realization rate of teaching objectives is high. Teachers can design three-dimensional goals of classroom teaching according to students' characteristics, implement teaching goals one by one by organizing students' effective activities, consolidate basic knowledge and skills through effective practice, and infiltrate emotions, attitudes and values into teaching activities.
3. Reasonable arrangement of teaching content. Teachers can creatively use teaching materials according to teaching objectives. Teachers respect the intention of compiling textbooks and handle them flexibly according to their own understanding.
4. Seriously implement teaching strategies in the teaching process. In the teaching process, teachers can conscientiously implement teaching strategies, create colorful problem scenarios, give students sufficient exploration space, guide students to actively participate in learning activities, and let students experience the process of knowledge formation. The teaching effect is good.
5. Solid teaching skills. Most teachers have a strong ability to control the classroom, and they can flexibly control the classroom and deal with emergencies encountered in classroom teaching, and there is basically no procrastination. Some teachers have standard Mandarin, neat and beautiful blackboard writing, and amiable teaching style, which left a deep impression on the teachers who attended the class.
In the two-week full-time class competition, teachers actively participated and used the big recess time to evaluate classes. Every teacher and leader listens carefully and discusses, comments and guides the advantages and disadvantages of each class, so that teachers can drift away on the road of efficient class.
