(1) Cancel the extra points for sports special students. Candidates who have won the titles of "Top 6 collective or individual events in major international sports competitions, Top 6 individual events in national sports competitions" and "National second-class athletes (inclusive) or above" in the senior secondary education stage are no longer eligible for extra points in the college entrance examination. Relevant candidates can choose to apply for high-level sports teams in colleges and universities, or enroll students in separate examinations in sports training, martial arts and national traditional sports, or enroll students in other sports majors.
(2) Cancel the extra points in the subject Olympic competition for middle school students. Candidates who have won the first, second and third prizes in the national finals of the Olympic Games for high school students (mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology and informatics) are no longer eligible for extra points in the college entrance examination. Candidates' expertise in related disciplines can be used as a condition for the first trial of independent enrollment pilot universities.
(three) cancel the science and technology competition points. Candidates who have won the National Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition (including the national youth biological and environmental science practice activities), the "Tomorrow's Little Scientist" award activity, the first and second prizes of the national primary and secondary school computer production activities, the international science and engineering grand prix or the international environmental research project Olympic competition in the senior secondary education stage are no longer eligible for extra points in the college entrance examination. Candidates' relevant scientific research expertise and innovation potential can be used as the conditions for the first trial of independent enrollment pilot universities.
(4) Cancel the bonus points for outstanding students at the provincial level. Candidates who have won the title of provincial outstanding students in senior secondary education no longer have the qualification to add points to the college entrance examination.
(5) cancel the outstanding deeds of ideological and political morality. Candidates who are recognized as excellent in ideological and political morality in senior secondary education are no longer eligible for extra points in the college entrance examination. For candidates with outstanding deeds, colleges and universities can make an exception or take separate exams according to relevant procedures.
Candidates who have won the relevant awards, rankings and titles of the above-mentioned projects in the senior secondary education stage before 15+ 1 shall be determined by the college admissions committee of the province where the students are located. If it is really necessary to keep it, it shall be implemented according to the original provisions of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), and the bonus score shall not exceed 5 points. Relevant provinces should strengthen qualification recognition and strict management, sports departments should review and retest the qualifications of second-level athletes, and education departments should conduct strict tests in accordance with relevant standards.
