WSS courses have been offered in Australia and the United States as early as possible, mainly providing systematic training and certification for wine and spirits-related practitioners. Later, the circle was slowly broken, and more and more wine and spirits lovers began to learn.

Since February 20021year, WSET suspended all its operations in Chinese mainland due to operational problems, WSS has now become the only systematic international sommelier course in China.
