Briefly describe the theory, mechanism and method of training achievement transformation.
(1) Training Achievement Transformation Theory (P2 15): There are three training transformation theories that affect training design, namely, the same factor theory, the incentive promotion theory and the cognitive transformation theory.

(2) Training achievement transformation mechanism:

1) environmental support mechanism \ ① manager support; 2 colleagues support me; ③ Cooperation of trainees; (4) the opportunity to use the skills learned; ⑤ Technical support.

2) Incentive mechanism: Training incentive mechanism refers to the process and result of strengthening trainees' training transformation behavior through linkage with other management incentive mechanisms within the enterprise. Training is an organization's personal development of students, an enterprise's attention and respect for students, and itself is an incentive. However, training is gradually changing from the previous incentive factors to health care factors, and its role in the organization is more manifested in increasing employee loyalty and reducing dissatisfaction, and has no direct effect on the transformation of training results. Therefore, regardless of any form of training, it is very necessary to encourage the transformation of training.
