Facing the future is to have a strategic vision when training fire safety management personnel, not only to see the requirements of current fire safety management, but also to see the needs of future social development and changes for fire safety management personnel.

The training content of fire management personnel must be arranged according to the above training purpose and direction, mainly including the basic theory of Marxism-Leninism, the party's line, principles and policies, the relevant professional knowledge, management knowledge and scientific and technical knowledge of fire management. , so that learning is consistent and practical. According to the Regulations on Fire Safety Management of Units, publicity, education and training shall include:

(1) Relevant fire laws and regulations, fire safety system and operating procedures for ensuring fire safety;
