What do you mean by three basics, four tests and six steps?
Work content. The three basics are grass-roots construction, basic work and basic skills training. It is the content of standardized training for residents or organizing examinations after obtaining the qualification of practicing doctors. The six-step work method is the work content, which is referred to as "one look, two questions, three observations, four tests, five records and six feedbacks". At first glance, it means looking at three certificates and one card, looking at the owner's ID card, vehicle driving license, relevant documents and license plate.
