The road to civil service begins with easy public service.
E-public education experts explain from the two main dimensions of official interview-etiquette dimension and process dimension to help candidates solve the patterning problems in the interview, so as to create personalized answering strategies for candidates. 1. Etiquette dimension Etiquette dimension refers to the expression, dress and behavior of candidates in interview, admission, answering questions, exit and waiting. The etiquette in the interview examination room should not only make the examiner feel the due respect of the candidates, but also reflect the candidates' good moral cultivation and spiritual outlook, while the patterned etiquette will only make the examiner have a bad impression of being stiff and artificial. Common model etiquette includes: Hello, examiners and staff, good morning and good afternoon! I am XXX, a candidate, and I am very happy to attend today's interview. Sitting posture: hands folded or clasped. Answer: The examinee has finished thinking. Now answer the first question. Now he will answer the second question. All the questions of the candidates have been answered. Salute: either don't bow, or bow nearly 90; Or just nod; Either the body sinks and the head is lifted high, or the head sinks faster than the body; Either boys bow as stewardesses or girls bow as chengguan. The above etiquette is either cumbersome or rigid. Imagine, if you are an examiner, when you are full of longing for a wonderful "youth show", you only see clones with little difference in action, and these clones are still a large group. How do you feel? Therefore, Gong Yi experts provide some different coping strategies for candidates: greetings: generous, natural and concise greetings, just like seeing a neighbor's uncle, such as "Hello, examiners!" "Good examiner!" "Hello, examiners!" Sitting posture (except for areas with specially designated numbers): Put your hands forward on the table naturally, or fold your hands naturally. Hands must not have too much movement, to give the examiner a sense of stability. If you need hand movements, you need to put your fingers together, open your thumb and extend your hand 45 to the left or right to express your movements. Face-to-face answer: avoid the best routine of "I've finished thinking, now I'm going to answer" and adopt "Let me start answering the first question" and "Let me talk about my thoughts on the first question". This is my understanding of this problem. Salute: the correct way to salute is to say hello before bowing to attract the examiner's attention and let the examiner see the complete etiquette details of the candidates; The appropriate bow-down range is 15, and the head, neck and waist are bent down into a straight plate with the hip as the axis; The appropriate range of farewell bow is 30, and the details are the same as greetings. Men's hands should hang naturally at the seams of trousers, and they should not move when bowing; A lady can say hello like a stewardess. In any case, the state of greeting must be natural, steady and pleasing to the eye. Of course, anti-pattern does not require candidates to pursue individuality at will. Candidates must show the examiner a steady, generous, modest and calm manner during the interview, and some etiquette must be observed: men: wear a suit and tie in autumn and winter; Wear a short-sleeved shirt in summer and never wear a tie. The color of the clothes gradually darkens from top to bottom. Lady: Suit or skirt, the skirt should not be too short, and the upper limit is 3 cm above the knee. Do not wear strapless, thin, exposed and transparent clothes during the interview. Say hello before you bow. It is polite to say hello first, but because the examiner may be grading, bowing at this time can make the examiner notice. Bowing range is exquisite, 15 means hello, 30 means thank you, 45 means apology and silence, so 15 is better. A good beginning and a good ending. Say hello and bow when you enter the door, and you need to say hello and bow again after you answer; Move the chair when entering the site and put it back when leaving the site; Don't take anything with you when you go in, and you are not allowed to take a notebook, draft paper or even a pen with you when you leave. Second, the answer dimension The traditional structured interview usually includes five categories: comprehensive analysis questions, organizational management questions, interpersonal relationship questions, situational coping questions and self-awareness questions. With the wide application of these five types of questions in interviews, the problems of routinization and patterning exposed in the process of answering questions are becoming more and more obvious.
