165438+1From October 23rd to 30th, I had the honor to participate in a delegation of municipal key teachers to Shanghai for education and study. The short 7-day study tour ended successfully. In retrospect, the seven-day trip really benefited a lot. Our delegation mainly visited Shanghai Xinzhong Senior High School, Putuo District Education College, Jiangning School, Jincai Middle School and other schools, which broadened our horizons and increased our knowledge. Their advanced ideas, high-quality education, scientific management and excellent teachers have inspired us deeply.

First, a distinctive campus.

The schools visited this time, regardless of the size of the campus, each school has a flat and spacious plastic playground and a small scenic spot with trees. The layout perfectly combines the natural environment with the humanistic environment, full of wisdom and aura. It is also full of childlike interest and creates a beautiful learning environment for children. For example, use walls, corridors, doors and windows to set up special issues of wall newspapers, portraits of celebrities, famous sayings and aphorisms, etc. Famous teachers, students, celebrities, etc. Huining School, in particular, is one of the smaller schools we have visited, but the school environment left a deep impression on us. The school has four floors, and each floor has a theme. According to this theme, the environment is created by using the corridor of walls and stairs. For example, the first floor is "Flowers Like Flowers", which displays various honorary certificates and trophies of the school over the years. Especially the beautiful photo frames on each wall make our teacher's camera keep flashing-because those are all made of waste materials by students. As a result, Huining Middle School stood out and became the first environmental angel in Shanghai, which is inseparable from the school's environmental education and solid environmental protection behavior. In terms of hardware, almost every school has a microcomputer local area network, network classrooms, school gymnasiums, modern restaurants, internal and external broadcasting networks and the Internet. For example, Jincai Middle School has the most advanced mathematics and physics laboratories in Shanghai. Teachers and students can communicate one-on-one in class, providing each student with a test console, which can shoot videos of each class in all directions. In order to improve the efficiency of education and teaching, teachers and students can use the campus network of the school to arrange and submit homework, and advanced teaching equipment has been effectively used.

The primary teaching method is adopted to provide students with basic gymnastics movements, let students create and combine gymnastics movements independently, and provide students with opportunities to show them in a circular way. This tiny link fully embodies the teacher's standing on the student's point of view and really provides the demand for the development of students. When observing the fifth grade music class "Ballad and Ship Tune" in Huining Middle School, the teacher's new curriculum concept is also prominent in teaching. Teachers' words, expressions and body language make people feel teachers' respect and closeness to students. In her eyes, every child is good, and she always praises the students' performance. Enhance students' self-confidence and improve their interest in learning. , greatly meet the needs of students. . Before class, the teacher has prepared plum blossom petal-shaped seats for the students, and the front and rear rows of seats in each group are also high and low, so that the teacher can take care of every student. In teaching, teachers can accurately grasp students' needs, provide dance props for seriously participating male students, and stimulate the interest of the whole class in participating in activities. In the process of writing lyrics, teachers are good at observing, giving timely guidance to groups in need, and making suggestions as participants. In the process of exhibition, when some students still want to show after many performances, the teacher hints at him with equal and respectful words, giving other students the opportunity to show, which makes us feel that this teacher really embodies the identity of an organizer, a guide and a teaching collaborator.

Third, school-based teaching and research based on reality

In this study tour, each school has its own school-running characteristics. A newly-built senior middle school that attaches importance to students' physique and carries out various forms of physical exercise, focusing on playing chess and promoting environmental education throughout the school; Huining School advocates training famous teachers.

In the report of Chen Lingjie, deputy secretary and music teacher of Xinzhong Senior High School, we learned about their school-based teaching and research activities based on the actual situation of the school and oriented to the needs of students. They combine art and music into one, collectively called art class, and adopt the teaching mode of elements in teaching. The courses used in a unit are basically four classes. According to the teaching materials and students' needs, sometimes teaching activities are mainly music, supplemented by art; Sometimes starting from art, music activities run through the whole activity; Sometimes music and art teachers have the same class alone or in cooperation. The teachers in their art teaching and research group are gradually developing from simple music teachers or art teachers to comprehensive art teachers. They use the form of collective lesson preparation, and everyone collects information together, expresses their opinions in the design of the activity and finally determines it. The lesson plan is the crystallization of collective wisdom after discussion, and then everyone carries out teaching according to this lesson plan. Music teachers must learn to overcome their own difficulties when they encounter art problems in the process of operation. Art teachers will encounter the same problem, and they all need to improve their professional ability through learning to meet the teaching needs in the new situation.

Among the basic education outside Taiwan introduced by Zhai Zhijun, director of Putuo District Institute of Education, what impressed me most was that a mountain primary school carried out school-based teaching and research according to the actual situation of the school. Under the competition of two ethnic primary schools in the town, this primary school is facing the crisis of closure. The headmaster of the school led all teachers and students to carry out school-based teaching and research activities based on the advantages of small mountains and forests and combined with the actual situation of the school. "Candle Festival", "Tracing to the Source" and "Butterfly" not only brought this mountain primary school back to life, but also became famous. They effectively developed school-based curriculum and finally closed two ethnic primary schools in the town.

Fourth, build a platform for teachers' growth.

During this study tour, the leaders of various schools emphasized the cultivation of teachers when introducing their own schools. Every teacher's growth needs the training of the school and his own efforts. Senior middle schools in Xinzhong carry out collective lesson preparation and curriculum research, train young teachers, pay attention to the training and guidance of teachers, and encourage teachers to participate in various teaching competitions. Many people won the first prize in the teaching competition for young and middle-aged teachers in Shanghai, which promoted the professional growth of teachers. Another example is Huining School, which establishes echelon management of key teachers, recommends key teachers at school level on the basis of key teachers in grade groups, and then strives to become key teachers in Putuo District and eventually become key teachers in Shanghai. At present, there are two backbone teachers in Shanghai. In the construction of this echelon, backbone teachers are produced by means of self-application, school audit and democratic appraisal. The backbone teachers at each level have their own goals and training targets, which is a scientific and reasonable training for backbone teachers.

The famous teacher project of Jincai Middle School is to train super-class teachers-the backbone of the discipline-young teachers. (1) Prepare lessons, give lectures, attend lectures and evaluate classes collectively. (2) Improve efficiency and fine management; (3) Studying learning methods can promote the teaching process and provide opportunities for teachers to communicate internationally. Their purpose is to make every teacher experience the fun of education.

This trip to Shanghai has gained a lot and is deeply touched. Hebei Province has a quota to participate in national competitions every year. In recent years, almost all the contestants from Shijiazhuang and Tangshan have participated in the competition. The quality of the teachers who give lectures is relatively high, and those present here are also very capable, but the number of places is limited and they cannot be displayed one by one.

Through this competition, it provides a direction for English teaching in primary schools, how to teach English and how to master English in class. The classroom teaching of these teachers today provides you with a good example. The ranking of the competition is not important, but the participation is important. Let's study together to raise English teaching in our city to a new level.

Secondly, the English teacher gives lectures. The English teachers who give lectures are all very young and have temperament. Classroom teaching is amiable, and the teaching ideas and objectives are clear. Students' listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities have been well trained and improved. Teachers are good at speaking and practicing, with fast pace, large capacity and reasonable time allocation. The design of exercises is closely related to the difficulties, from easy to difficult.

Teachers' teaching is dominant, students' learning is the main body, and teaching is oriented to all and hierarchical. The use of teaching AIDS is just right, and the traditional visual teaching AIDS and multimedia complement each other, saving time and efficiency.

Finally, talk about my feelings. Listening to the teachers' lectures helped me a lot. Their lectures made my eyes shine and pointed out the direction of my efforts in English teaching.
