On June 3rd, 2006, at 65438, Beijing Wenbo Weiqi Training Center held the first Wenbo Cup Children's Weiqi Level Competition in Dongcheng Normal School. The whole competition was divided into four groups: stepless group, 25th group, 20th group and15th group * *, which attracted more than 180 children players to sign up for the competition. After 10 rounds, nearly 100 people successfully advanced, and * * * 12 players won the "Wenbo" Cup.

On May 6th, 2007, the second Wenbo Cup Children's Go Level Competition held by Beijing Wenbo Go Training Center came to an end in Dongcheng Normal School. The scale of this competition has been expanded on the basis of the first session. * * * Nearly 200 children's players signed up for the competition. After 10 rounds, half of the players successfully advanced, and 12 players won the "Wenbo" Cup.

On the last day of 2007, 294 chess players, accompanied by their parents, came to the elementary school attached to Dongshi University to participate in the third "Wenbo" Cup Children's Go Level Competition. The number of participants in this competition has increased by nearly half compared with the last one, which is the result of Wenbo Weiqi Training Center's continuous improvement of teaching quality, efforts to open up markets and strengthening foreign cooperation. This year's competition is divided into stepless group (because the number of participants is divided into three groups: A, B and C), 25-level group, 20-level group and 15-level group. There are 20 contestants who like to hold the Wenbo Cup because of their excellent performance.
