On June165438+1October 17, 2006, Xiamen Campus Radio officially broadcast to teachers and students on campus. In order to strengthen the construction of radio stations, the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee also assigned special personnel to give guidance. In the past seven years, all previous students have gathered together with their youthful dreams, igniting their youth with enthusiasm and flying their dreams with songs. Adhering to the concept of "loving Huaguang and caring", they made unremitting efforts to make the campus radio station of Xiamen University grow from the initial 10 to more than 90 people today. From the early days of its establishment, it was necessary to broadcast the programs produced by Quanzhou Campus Radio Station to the independent recording and broadcasting of programs today, which gradually gained a certain scale and progress and became an important public opinion propaganda position of the school.

At present, the radio stations in Xiamen campus have formed a stable and standardized broadcasting order, and the broadcasting content system is rich: there are "news clicks" that pay attention to the society every Monday to Friday morning; There is a favorite "music vane" at noon. From Monday to Sunday afternoon, seven program groups meet the different needs of students with different program styles; At the same time, the radio station in Xiamen Campus also has a "singing platform" to convey blessings to teachers and students in Huayuan with notes. At present, the seven program groups are shown in the order of Monday to Sunday: English Planet, Huaguang Live Studio, Sports World, Sycamore Tree, No Theme Space, Fun Youth and Audio-visual Lab.

At present, Xiamen Campus Radio Station is striving to conform to the trend of the times, constantly reform and innovate, gradually improve itself, actively improve the program quality and broadcasting level, and make more contributions to the prosperity of campus culture and the enrichment of teachers and students' lives.

As a campus media, Xiamen Campus Radio Station is stepping up its coverage and transmission of school news information, further reaching out to teachers and students in Huayuan, making the program closer to the study life of teachers and students, especially students, and letting more Huayuan people know what is happening around the school and students through "listening".

In addition to constantly innovating programs and improving quality, Xiamen Campus Radio Station also pays attention to the development of media forms, actively uses the Internet, and creates an extension platform beyond sound, such as uploading programs to Tudou, and setting up special clubs on websites visited by college students such as Renren. At the same time, special radio websites are also being planned.

So far, Xiamen University Campus Radio Station has more than 200 new and old members and Huaguang people who graduated from abroad. These people form a harmonious, warm and United family.
