Without approval, no unit or individual may edit or delete the original on-site law enforcement audio-visual materials, and may not provide them to the outside world or publish them through the Internet and other communication channels.

On-site law enforcement audio-visual materials involving state secrets, commercial secrets and personal privacy shall be kept confidential in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.
