Where will the video of police enforcement records be uploaded?
The network-based law enforcement recorder is similar to our common WeChat real-time chat. The recorded video can be uploaded in real time or stored internally. Of course, space is limited. Usually, after the people's police enforce the law, they will upload the law enforcement video of the day within 24 hours. These videos are usually stored in the intranet cloud for 180 days. If there is an important video in the middle, the police can take the initiative to view it and choose to save it for a long time, then the video will be saved permanently without time limit. The regulations require that in the process of law enforcement, the police should inform the parties or management counterparts in advance that "the whole process of law enforcement is recorded"; If it is necessary to obtain evidence by video recording, the party concerned or the management counterpart should be informed in advance that "video recording (photo taking) will be started now".
