Three. Procedure:

(1) Submit the following materials to the Township People's Government or the subdistrict office of the place of residence:

1. Commercial application of micro enterprises;

2. Identification;

3. Household registration book;

4. proof of residence;

5. Proof materials that belong to "nine categories of people";

6. Other materials that need to be submitted.

If the domicile is consistent with the address stated in the identity certificate or household registration book, the applicant may not submit the residence certificate.

After passing the examination, the applicant shall submit the above materials, site certificate, articles of association, shareholder identity certificate and other procedures required for industrial and commercial license to the industrial and commercial office to be opened.

(3) After receiving the application approval materials submitted by the industrial and commercial offices, the micro-enterprise offices of all districts and counties (autonomous counties) shall organize the training of micro-enterprise entrepreneurship for the applicants. Applicants who have received entrepreneurship training or have relevant entrepreneurial knowledge may not participate.

(4) Apply for the business license of the micro-enterprise after the approval of the evaluation team of the micro-enterprise office.

(5) After handling the business license of micro-enterprises, the micro-enterprise review group can calculate the amount of funds to be subsidized according to the formula, and directly subsidize micro-enterprises, generally ranging from 20,000 yuan to 50,000 yuan.
