The green cadre class is to become a cadre talent trained by the party and the state. Every year, the Central Party School trains a group of provincial and ministerial rear areas, commonly known as middle-aged classes. Middle school classes have always been one of the interesting groups. The list of these students was personally finalized by the Central Organization Department, and special personnel should be sent to evaluate their learning situation. From the middle school class, a considerable proportion of students in this class finally became provincial and ministerial officials. Former US Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld once called the students here the future leaders of China.

Characteristics of middle-aged and young people

I quickly adapted to the atmosphere and teaching requirements of the party school, and quickly completed the role change from staff to students. I observed discipline, obeyed the arrangement, listened carefully to lectures, actively participated in field trips, fully seized the limited learning opportunities to increase my knowledge and broaden the seemingly intense study. Comrades also fully demonstrated the youthful vitality and vigor of young cadres, and carried out cultural and sports activities such as basketball and tug-of-war competitions. The whole learning process is full of serious, vivid, tense and efficient atmosphere.
