1. Registration: Submit a copy of the front and back of your ID card and two 2-inch photos on a white background, and fill in the application form at relevant institutions or Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

2. Attend the training: attend the training class for senior nurses at the reported level and reach the standard class hours.

3. Take the exam: Take the training appraisal exam arranged by the Talent Center of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and pass the exam.
