Second, the divorce registration

1, divorce registration conditions:

(1) If both husband and wife want to divorce, they should apply to the marriage registration office together;

(2) The divorce of both parties is completely voluntary;

(3) Both parties hold a divorce agreement, in which they express their willingness to divorce and reach a consensus on matters such as child support, property and debt handling.

(4) The accounts of one party or both parties are permanent accounts within their respective jurisdictions.

(five) both parties applying for divorce registration must apply to the marriage registration office where one party's permanent residence is located at the same time, and may not entrust others to act as agents;

(6) Both parties have full capacity for civil conduct;

(7) The party concerned holds a marriage certificate issued by the mainland marriage registration authority or the Chinese embassy (consulate) abroad;
