Our Chinese teaching and research group in Maoshan Primary School has always taken teaching quality as the lifeline, and insisted on developing students' thinking and cultivating students' Chinese literacy as the fundamental task, and the educational and teaching achievements have been steadily improved. In the past two years, the work carried out by our teaching and research group has been briefly introduced in four parts:

First, strengthen business learning and further update the concept of education and teaching.

1. Build a learning platform for teachers and actively learn new courses.

The teaching and research group of our college seriously organizes teachers to carry out school-based training. In the first semester of the 20xx academic year, we organized teachers to study Limited Thinking of Effective Classroom and Introduction and Skimming Text Teaching by Shen. In the second semester, under the organization of the guidance office, Chinese teachers learned Qian Zhengquan's Talking with Young Friends, and Cai Linsen's teaching mode of "learning before teaching and training in class". I also sorted out and studied the classroom record "I am proud of you" commented by Professor Bao Dandan and Xue Fagen.

In the first semester of the 20xx academic year, we studied the value orientation and practical wisdom of Wang Songzhou's ancient poetry teaching. In order to solve the problem of difficult composition teaching, we organized all Chinese teachers to study the "Composition Teaching in Textbooks" published in "Chinese Teachers for Primary Schools" in 20xx 10. In the second semester, I focused on Xue Fagen's How to Teach Reading for Junior Students and discussed how to determine the appropriate teaching objectives.

In line with the purpose of "learning more and thinking more", Chinese teachers in our teaching and research group have actively participated in the subject training organized by the district in recent two years, mainly attending classes, evaluating classes and giving lectures. We also actively participate in district teaching and research offices and further education schools to organize teachers to study and attend classes outside the city. Select outstanding teachers to participate in the training of "Leading Goose Project" at the provincial, municipal and district levels. Under the attention and arrangement of school leaders, four teachers were trained for six weeks in Haishu Primary School and Huatai Primary School. During these six weeks, they attended classes in famous schools, participated in teaching and research group activities, and felt the strong teaching and research atmosphere of famous schools. (4) In May, we held a "heterogeneous class" activity with Huatai Primary School. The texts of teacher Zhong Yuanyuan of Huatai Primary School and teacher Xu Yanping of our school are both "Learning Shooting in Jichang". The wonderful classroom teaching demonstrations of the two teachers not only let us see the different effects brought by different teaching designs, but also let us realize the conceptual gap with Huatai Primary School. (5) In June, Mr. Liu of our school participated in the "new generation" teacher selection activity organized by the town teaching assistant room. Although we only entered the semi-finals in the end and didn't get the chance to participate in the regional competition, we saw the gap from this preparation, not just the gap of one person, but the gap of the whole Chinese teaching and research group.

(3) Actively organize collective lesson preparation, and grow together with discussion.

In two academic years, our teaching and research group actively organized Chinese competitions for grades one to six, so that children could get the joy of success in the competition. The school's "monthly recommendation" system greatly increases students' opportunities to participate in composition competitions, improves students' writing ability, and provides enough practice for the school newspaper Little Star and the school magazine Ziyun Ying. Story-telling competitions in junior grades, Pinyin passing competitions, ancient poetry competitions in middle and senior grades, and on-site composition competitions have enriched students' study life and stimulated their interest in learning. In addition, teachers in China actively help students write and contribute to newspapers and magazines at all levels. Organizing students to participate in all kinds of essay competitions at all levels has also achieved certain results. For example, Sun Huimei and Jiang won the second prize and the excellent prize in the national essay competition of "I am born after 90" respectively, and the two tutors, Teacher and Teacher Wu, were also rated as "excellent tutors". In the past two academic years, our school has done a good job in guiding. The relationship between master and apprentice is like an invisible bond between master and apprentice, which allows us to consciously or unconsciously increase the opportunities for communication and mutual learning, thus improving.

Our teaching and research group encourages teachers to take an active part in the competitions organized by the district. However, encouragement returns to encouragement, but the teacher's interest is always not mentioned, which may be due to insufficient self-awareness or low enthusiasm for education and scientific research. In recent two years, few papers, topics and subject competitions have won prizes in competitions at all levels. It seems that Chen Bo is the only teacher in the whole school who is interested in writing papers and publishing them in publications at all levels, which is also the weakest point of the teaching and research group in our school.

Through listening to the introduction of teaching and research groups in various schools, I am really envious, but I have absolutely no hatred, only my heart is full of emotion.
