Candidates can't come during the review period for some reason, but they can entrust an agent to come for review. The agent must hold the power of attorney and his ID card, and sign the copies (printed copies) of all kinds of materials. Candidates who do not meet the recruitment requirements will be disqualified from the interview, and those who meet the recruitment requirements will receive the interview admission ticket on the spot.

Third, the interview method
Candidates are interviewed by the examiner in a personal structured interview, and the examiner presides over the interview according to the interview record book. The interview mainly tests candidates' comprehensive abilities such as comprehensive analysis, organization and coordination, and interpersonal communication, and the interview results are announced on the spot.
Four. Interview procedure
(1) Report. The interview is conducted in a centralized way, and the interview order is determined by temporary lottery. At 7: 30am, candidates will report to the waiting room on the 2nd floor of Changyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau1with the interview admission ticket and ID card.
(2) draw lots. The staff in the waiting room will register and verify the candidates according to the roster of interview candidates, read out the matters needing attention in the interview, and organize the lottery at 8:00. Candidates who do not report at 8:00 sharp will be disqualified from the interview and may not refer to it.
(3) preparation. At 8:00, the interviewer and related staff entered the interview room. After the invigilator checks the interview paper bag, the person in charge of the interview room opens it in public and distributes it to each examiner. Examiners are familiar with the test questions, concentrate on training and prepare for the interview.
(4) open the exam. The exam starts at 8: 30 in the morning on time. The liaison officer will send the candidates from the waiting room to the designated examination room according to the order of the candidates' lottery numbers, and give them to the host (singer) to introduce them into the examination room.
(5) interview. The interview shall be conducted by the examiner in accordance with the requirements and procedures specified in the interview book. When the prescribed time for answering questions is up, the timekeeper (supervisor) gives an instruction and the candidates stop answering questions. After all the answers are completed, the candidates leave temporarily and wait outside the door.
(6) scoring. The examiner scores according to the interview scoring standard (100% system), and the scorekeeper, checker and scorekeeper score respectively.
(7) Scorers, checkers and scorers calculate scores for candidates respectively, remove one score and the lowest score, take the remaining average as the final score, and submit the score statistics table to the host (singer) after verification.
(8) The host (singer) invites candidates to enter the venue and announces the grading results. After he withdrew, he invited the next candidate in for an interview.
