In the past, the mindset of our nursing was what nursing problems existed in this patient and what nursing measures we took. However, in the field of critical illness, due to the complexity and variability of the disease, these nursing measures may be an afterthought and cannot achieve effective results. Modern medicine puts forward higher requirements for ICU nurses, that is, they should have scientific thinking mode and predictive nursing consciousness. Only by knowing what will happen to patients in the next step and taking targeted nursing measures can we play a positive role in patients, otherwise, not only can we not save lives, but a simple operation may also have serious consequences. This ability requires nurses to master deeper truth and have a broader knowledge system. Just "I know" is not enough. We should think about the reasons behind the problems we face every day, and we should not only know one, but also know another, so as to prevent and cope with the changes in the condition, and we can't explain the problems with sudden changes in the condition as soon as they appear. Through this study, I realized that ICU nurses, including all clinical nurses, should set high demands on themselves, that is, the first step is to know how to solve the problems we face, the second step is to know why to do so, the third step is to think and innovate on the basis of learning, and the fourth step is to have strong practical ability.

Second, I have a strong interest in medicine.

I think one of the gains of this study is to improve my strong interest in this subject. Reading was a boring and painful thing in the past, but through the lectures of experts, I realized the beautiful feelings brought by the profoundness of medicine from the bottom of my heart. Among the outstanding medical experts, generate gave full play to his personal charm, fully reflected everyone's vocational training, academic experience, comprehensive quality and physical and mental endowment, and discussed his meticulous and wise diagnosis and treatment ideas, which made people feel that clinical medicine is an art and one by one. We are familiar with daily problems and can also analyze layers of truth.

Third, clinical practice gains.

(1) Introduction of Practice Hospital

My internship hospitals are Chaoyang Hospital and Tiantan Hospital, which I have been longing for for for a long time and voluntarily declared. The Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of Chaoyang Hospital (referred to as Respiratory Department) is the national base for clinical research and senior personnel training of respiratory diseases, and the national key discipline of respiratory diseases of the Ministry of Education. Respiratory diseases department has 14 sub-professional groups, and its respiratory disease consultation center is the national respiratory disease diagnosis and treatment platform. Clinical Respiratory Physiology Laboratory is the only designated laboratory for lung function confirmed by IOC in China. Among them, there are 16 beds in respiratory intensive care unit, and the layout mode is "two lines and three zones". The functional division of clean zone, buffer zone and polluted zone is realized through workflow arrangement and fresh air pressure gradient change. This is the first RICU in China with the function of preventing aerosol pollution. The ICU system has established standardized respiratory support and airway management technology, as well as monitoring technology systems such as respiratory mechanics, hemodynamics, oxygen dynamics and gas metabolism analysis, and the treatment level has reached the leading level in China.

Beijing Tiantan Hospital and Beijing Institute of Neurosurgery are one of the three major neurosurgery research centers in the world, the largest clinical, scientific research and teaching base of neurosurgery in Asia, and the WHO Neuroscience Training Cooperation Center in China. Tiantan Hospital has the most advanced diagnosis and treatment equipment and instruments in the field of neuroscience in China. There are 1 1 wards in neurosurgery, and nearly 8000 neurosurgical operations are performed every year. The quantity and quality of brain stem surgery, skull base surgery and cerebrovascular surgery are at the international leading level.
