The driving school complained to the traffic bureau in charge of the driving school. The transportation bureau is responsible for the management of road traffic matters, and will focus on cracking down on institutions that set up driving schools without authorization and institutions that apply for driving schools in different places, and will also be severely punished.

Article 20 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China implements socialization of motor vehicle driving training, and the competent department of transportation manages the qualifications of driving training schools and driving training courses, among which the specialized tractor driving training schools and driving training courses are managed by the competent department of agriculture. Driving training schools and driving training classes shall, in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, train students in road traffic safety laws, regulations and driving skills to ensure the quality of training. No state organ or competent department of driving training and examination may hold or participate in holding driving training schools or driving training courses.
