Experience of students who teach as teachers +0

In line with the purpose of going deep into rural grassroots, understanding and supporting rural education, we will do our utmost to improve children's knowledge and skills, establish children's outlook on life, values and world outlook, and broaden their horizons. In order to hone the will of contemporary college students, cultivate the spirit of hard work and dedication, let the society appreciate the elegance of contemporary college students, improve their own quality and practical skills, and better serve and repay the society in the future, we went to Madian School in Dashan Township, Xingren County from July 19 to August 5 with the concept of "filial piety, gratitude, feedback and repayment".

At noon on July 19, several of our caring volunteers gathered in Xingren and rushed to Madian School. After about two hours' trek, we finally arrived at Madian School around 16. In the evening, under the arrangement of school leaders and teachers, we held an exchange meeting on the division of teaching and activities. With the enthusiastic help of the school teacher, we got the books needed for teaching. The next morning, we held a brief opening ceremony of caring for students, perhaps out of novelty. The children are very excited about our arrival and full of enthusiasm for our volunteers. After the opening ceremony, our teaching and activities officially began.

After the beginning of teaching, in addition to Chinese, mathematics, English and other major subjects, music, physical education, art and other subjects were also offered. In addition, during extracurricular activities, we also set up various sports clubs according to students' interests. Whether it is teaching or extracurricular interest clubs, children are very enterprising, and students actively cooperate with the teaching and arrangement of the teaching teacher. During the period, in addition to preparing lessons in the office at night until the early hours of the morning, our teaching team members also went deep into the students to eat, communicate and participate in activities with the children. In just a few days, the children have forged a deep friendship with our teaching teacher.

Happy time is always short, just half a month is fleeting. Perhaps every child and every teaching teacher is not ready to understand parting, but the day of parting has quietly arrived. Every one of us understands that the end of the theatrical performance is the time to leave, and everyone is unwilling to understand. Maybe there is a deep affection between students and teachers. Two days before the end of teaching, we have seen the sadness on the faces of children and teachers. Finally, one day, perhaps for a long time, the emotions in the hearts of children and teachers could no longer be controlled, and that reluctant attachment turned into emotional tears from the eyes of children and teachers.

Farewells are always cruel. When the teacher left, we stood at the school gate and saw the children standing outside the classroom for a long time unwilling to leave. When we heard them singing farewell songs, each of our teaching team members might be satisfied. In just half a month, the teachers worked hard to prepare lessons, give test questions, correct homework and plan activities, and everything was vivid. Who won't be moved to tears when we see everyone writing back to students word by word in the middle of the night?

On August 5, our caring activities for students have all ended. Although everyone worked hard, the gains may be unforgettable. Through this teaching activity, we have a necessary understanding of the education situation in remote mountainous areas and the education situation of left-behind children. The existing problems are insufficient teaching resources, imperfect educational facilities, insufficient teachers and blocked educational information channels. In addition, left-behind children account for a large proportion of students, so we also call on the society to pay extensive attention to education in remote mountainous areas, especially rural education and left-behind children's education.

In this activity, we bring children not only a way of learning and thinking, but also a kind of broad vision, so that they can learn in happiness and grow in learning. Although what we bring to children is insignificant, even if we can only change one child, it is also an achievement. It is expected that more college students can participate in such activities, cultivate their sense of social responsibility, improve their practical skills, care for society and repay society.

The experience of students receiving education as teachers Part II

How time flies! A semester passed like this. Looking back on this semester, I actively participated in a series of activities of the teaching team, such as children's registration, interview preparation, preparation and arrangement of entrance examination papers, teacher-child pairing, home visits, home visits and feedback, teaching investigation and feedback, mobilization meetings, training meetings and so on. But most of the activities are in the position of passive assistance, but I have no clear conscience, leaving more regrets and finding problems. As one of the leaders of the teaching and research group, Ben is responsible for teaching the volunteer team, following up the teacher's teaching situation, answering the teacher's questions and improving the teaching quality. But since this semester, I have been working hard for the complicated study, and I have been assisting the teaching team in a passive role, and I have not completely changed from a teacher to a cadre. The follow-up teaching work has not been fully implemented, and communication with team members is still relatively small. It doesn't really solve the teaching problems for teachers, but more stays in ideas than in real implementation. I'm deeply sorry about that.

Found the problem:

Based on several visits to Xinyuan and staff apartment, communication with individual team members, and summary and reflection of teaching and research members. Get the following questions. However, due to my negligence, many aspects have not been handled and improved in time.

1, lack of communication between teachers and parents:

The child came and the teacher didn't arrive, or the teacher came and the child didn't arrive. This phenomenon often happens in Xinyuan, but there are few employee apartments. The main problem is the lack of communication with parents. When the teacher is away, you should inform the children and parents in time, ask for leave with the team leader, and then find time to make up for it. If the child is not here, tell the parents to contact the teacher.

2, the teacher teaching is too passive:

Teaching team is a compulsory work, and obligation does not mean arbitrariness. We have the responsibility to bring progress to our children and hope to improve ourselves while helping others. We are not nannies, we are not simply helping children finish their homework, and we should not be led by children. When we get along with children, we should be their good friends and establish a certain prestige at the same time. Every teacher should have a lesson preparation process before each compulsory education. How to make full use of two hours to guide and review according to the children's learning intensity, so that children can have a correct understanding of their lives. Of course, it is more arranged according to the actual situation. But I don't rely entirely on children's questions, and I help with my homework without any planning and preparation.

3. Punctuality:

Teachers in Xinyuan should pay attention to punctuality. Don't keep the children waiting in the classroom. Something is delayed, contact the teacher on duty in time. The class hours of the staff apartment are not restricted by the opening of the park. On the basis of maintaining the teaching time of two hours per week, you can negotiate with your child to change the class time, but remember to inform the team leader or the teacher on duty to facilitate attendance. Considering the safety problem, it is also convenient for the teaching and research group to follow up. I suggest you come at the specified time.

3. Attendance problem:

Attendance, not that I don't believe you, just makes the teaching work of the teaching team better. Everyone will be absent from class for many reasons, such as busy studying, other work in the club, physical discomfort, temporary unavailability and so on. But I didn't communicate well with my children and parents, and I didn't inform the teacher on duty. The influence is very bad. This is related to our personal responsibility, to our image, and to the overall image and reputation of the teaching team. I hope everyone will pay attention to this. Be careful when taking leave, contact parents and children, and inform the team leader or the teacher on duty. Be sure to inform the cadres of the long-term leave, and we will find a way to solve it in time.

4, teaching follow-up questions:

As the main person in charge, I am deeply sorry that I did not take the initiative to implement and improve the follow-up in teaching. Through teaching feedback and team members' reflection; Teachers and children generally get along well. It's just that some special children are difficult to get along with. For example: Yang Qiu, Ling Fei, Xiao Fei, Jianping and Hongfeng. , are more difficult to do, so it takes more effort to be a teacher. The teaching and research group should follow this up and discuss with the teacher the countermeasures to solve the problem. Just considering that most of the members of the teaching and research group are part-time teachers, it is difficult to arrange, and this plan has run aground this semester. This aspect must be improved next semester to make the teaching and research group worthy of the name.

The experience of students who receive help in the third part of teaching

The car drove into the mountainous area along the winding road, and rows of green tree crowns danced in front of my eyes, with endless mountains in the background. I leaned against the window, and the scenery in front of me melted my silence, but I felt a sense of excitement and novelty in my heart. I feel that I am in the arms of the mountain, although I am not a child of the mountain.

Teaching for the first time in life begins like this. However, for me, it's not just teaching.

My first impression of this village is silence. It was raining lightly that day and the village was sparsely populated. It sleeps peacefully in the arms of the mountain.

We live in Uncle Xiao's house. There is no fan to sleep, and there is no air conditioning. I often toss and turn at night and finally fall asleep. Cooking is heated by firewood, cauldron and shovel. During those days, I learned to burn firewood, and I was smoked and cried several times. For the first time in my life, I made a plate of tofu, and everyone was very satisfied. I am secretly happy. Of course, what bothers me most is the mosquitoes in the mountains. Even though I sprayed mosquito repellent countless times every day, thanks to the mosquitoes in the mountains, my hands and feet still won many lottery tickets.

Bobo took the elder sister to buy food on a battery car. When I came back, I asked him how to drive on a whim, so I pushed the battery car for a ride by myself. It's good to ride a horse in the mountains. There are green and beautiful trees everywhere. I feel suddenly enlightened a lot.

The night sky on the rooftop is also worth mentioning. It was Uncle Xiao who told me that I could go to the rooftop to enjoy the scenery. I may be the only one who knows this place. At night, a person plays songs on his mobile phone and looks up at the starry sky on the rooftop. The fields are silent and my heart is empty.

Of course, climbing Lingshan is a very unforgettable day. Stepping on a mossy rock, listening to the crisp sound of waterfalls, the sun makes people sweat, and I have been deeply impressed by the charm of mountains. Uncle Xiao said that's our way of life. There is no road, only we find our own way. I was shivering almost all the time, crossing the ravine, drilling through the cave, and finally I was exhausted. That day, I drank a lot of messy springs with satisfaction.

Tell me about the children. I give them painting lessons. Boys are naughty and noisy, which naturally gives me a headache, but I am still very enthusiastic in class. Children still like painting. They will ask me kindly, or point out that my painting is not good. Some very inactive children, with my encouragement, are willing to start painting by themselves. This makes me feel that the class is still very interesting. When there is no drawing class, some children still tell me that they want to learn to draw. This makes me more confident. Besides attending classes, I also play games with children every day. In the process of getting along with the children, I found that the children in the mountain village are simply lovely and kind. They are children who are close to nature, and their entertainment places are natural, but they are not computer phones. This gives them an aura as lively and pure as an angel. I think they are beautiful when they play with flowers in their hands.

A child (named Xiao Lin) is ill. Every time other children see me, they pull me: "Brother, let's go and see Xiao Lin!" " "

Sending children home at night is always reluctant to go home. On two occasions, after I sent them away, I went back to Xiao Shu's home alone, only to find two children secretly following me behind my back. They laughed naughtily as they followed, so I found it easily. At that time, my heart was mixed with sadness and joy. How I wish they could always follow me … I don't want to leave. I suddenly found that I had fallen in love with my child.

Zhao Lin is a very good boy. She always carries the essential balm I gave her. I hope her leg scarred by mosquitoes will recover soon.

Zhanhang, a wind chaser, told me that he often goes for a ride in the mountains by bike. I imagined that I could ride my bike to the top of the mountain, overlooking the mountains, embracing the strong wind and shouting.

On the morning of departure, I pushed up the battery car again, walked in this beautiful mountain area, played Alec Su's songs and said goodbye to the mountain sadly. I want to remember it forever.

The car drove away quietly. I will remember the children's staring eyes and waving hands outside the window. Thank you!

The experience of students who receive teaching help in Part 4.

I only taught for two and a half days, but I prepared for several months. I only taught for two and a half days, but I have a long memory.

Freshman went to the countryside for the first time. I remember when I first formed a team, I was full of excitement and signed up with the vice captain Gong Ruxin. From then on, I followed Dapo's team. Unexpectedly, I taught English. Unexpectedly, I became the leader of the teaching group. Like other teammates, I crossed the river by feeling the stones without any experience. Meeting at the beginning, meeting or meeting!

It feels good to be with the group. At least we have the same goal. We are tired but happy.

In my teaching group, all the members work hard and cooperate with my work arrangement. Especially in summer vacation, I often urge them to hand in their teaching plans. I know everyone has made a lot of preparations for going to the countryside this summer vacation. At least I am. Actually, I'm busy with those things, but I'm still very demanding of myself. I have my own English teaching plan, teaching schedule and the specific arrangement of the daily activities of the teaching group ... In my spare time, I still like to chat with Liang Min. The general reaction is "I'm confused." Every time I answer like this, I will communicate with them. After all, as the team leader, I have the responsibility to tell them my thoughts so that everyone will not be so confused.

Those days in Dapo were very hard and happy. I get up at 6 o'clock every day, and the teaching group and the style group teach Chacha, Sanda, Parapara and Taekwondo together. The teaching work goes on normally every day, and there will be a meeting at night. I have to get a curriculum. In the days of Dapo, I have to revise my class schedule every night. I was really annoyed, but I couldn't help it. Due to various circumstances, our time was changed from nine to seven days, and then shortened to two and a half days. Because of the prevention of swine flu ... the plan of the teaching support group can't keep up with the changes every day, so I always rush to announce the latest class schedule at the plenary meeting every night. In fact, everyone has worked hard. Members of the teaching support group, I am proud of you! You did a good job.

I found that my decision was correct. _ and _, as class teachers, have the dignity of leadership. Thank you both. I was worried about your job at first. Now that I think about it, your performance surprised me.

The team members are very responsible to the students and entertain and educate. What impressed them deeply was the Chinese teacher. The original lectures were still frequent, but in the few days he taught, he won the love and trust of the children. Thanks to the _ teacher of the College of Literature, it has added a lot of vitality to the class of agriculture, countryside and farmers.

There are also _ teachers in memory class, _ teachers in psychology class and _ teachers in mathematics class, who have several jobs, but they can handle it well.

In my English class, I formed a deep affection with my first batch of students. Teaching English has filled me with confidence, thanks to my first batch of students. I remember when I introduced myself for the first time, I gave the children a question-"Guess what I teach? A, Chinese B, Math C, English. " The children's unanimous answers really made me realize that I really can't afford to play this game. Too "slack" Everyone obviously knows that I teach English. In everything, a good beginning is half the battle. This statement does make sense. In the first chapter, I was very happy to communicate with the children in such a harmonious way in chapterone in Sanxia. That means I still have many children, haha! Next, I teach English to two classes in Grade Two. I have always advocated leaving children with good memories of interesting English learning. Now that I have become their English teacher, I have full authority to "manage" their first model essay network! English songs, tongue twisters, daily conversations, English games … Just like every teacher has his own way to attract children, the way I get along with these children is a gift. I had planned to play an English game in every class, in order to consolidate their knowledge of words and stimulate their enthusiasm for learning. This operation seems to have sparked a heated discussion among colleagues-"Jingsi teacher caught the children's happiness with material temptation!" Haha, after all, people on the same front know my heroic ambition so well, hehe. Actually, I still want to thank my students. I was afraid of dying in class, but the ending was not. Everyone cooperated well. Looking at the gifts, everyone likes to sing the English song "A Little Love". Thanks to my students, thanks to this lovely group of innocent children in the mountains.

Today, I still remember when I left them, I said a word from my heart, and tears filled my eyes-"Thank you. Although my major in college is history, I will probably teach history in the future. However, I have always had an unspeakable love for English. It has always been my wish to be an English teacher. Thank you, my first batch of students, for fulfilling my wish. "

I'm glad I followed this team. I've been touched by the harvest. I'm really tired and happy.

Going to the countryside, teaching, a group of teammates, helping each other, the first batch of students, eternal memories, Dapo.

The experience of students who have been helped in Chapter 5.

In fact, the main purpose of my participation in this activity is not to teach or publicize medical treatment, but to experience life and enrich my summer vacation. Although my motivation is different from others, it doesn't mean that I will be inferior to others in quality when I work. On the contrary, I am active in everything, at least I think so. This activity makes everyone very excited. Everyone should be very tired, and very tired. Back in the dormitory, my classmates said that I was much older, so it seems that I am really bitter. It's kind of a life experience.

I feel that Lichuan's friends are particularly enthusiastic about us. When we went, it became a beautiful scenery, which attracted many people's attention. Many local people came to ask us what we used to do. Later, when we arrived at our destination, an old woman and several aunts came out to receive us. I really feel lucky to hear them talk about their experiences in the last youth volunteer service team. We have the support of most people there. Although we encountered many problems in the activity, all my problems were not problems with their help. For example, an aunt lent us two rooms, which solved our accommodation problem. Grandma provided us with a kitchen and solved our problem of eating. My uncle provided us with a house and solved our classroom problem. The school provided us with some desks and chairs, which solved the problem of students having desks and chairs. There is a lot of help, but for them, our activities will be very difficult. Here, I just mentioned the help of some big things, and there are many smaller ones that I didn't say. I deeply appreciate the enthusiasm of the people in Maozhen Village, Yuanbao Township, Lichuan City. If I have the chance, I may go to Maozhen, a place that I will never forget for only half a month.

Here I want to talk about Leng Xiaoyan in particular. From the beginning, I regarded her as my big sister. Although she just finished her freshman year like me, her temperament has always appeared in my mind as a big sister. I always ask her what she doesn't understand and what she wants, and so do many other players. Maybe Xiaoyan has been feeling too busy these days, and everyone is looking for her first. Now I am here to say thank you to Xiaoyan. No matter how old you are, I still call you big sister. There are so many things to thank you for these days.

In addition, I want to thank the children who live around the school. From the first day we arrived in Maozhen Village, they became one with us. In the later activities, because we were strangers, they taught us all the routes and let us come out. Besides, the happiness they bring us has never stopped. They are all children, always inadvertently making the scene in an uproar.

I want to promote Lichuan. I'm not from Lichuan, but from Xiantao. Lichuan is really suitable for human habitation, not to mention the natural environment, green mountains and green waters. The climate is worth mentioning. It is warm in winter and cool in summer, and the coldest winter is about zero degrees Celsius. In summer, other places use this air conditioner to escape the heat, so they have to sleep here under a quilt. Moreover, after our medical and health survey, the elderly here are in good health, basically free from any diseases, look healthy and have a long life. I stayed in Lichuan for half a month and want to settle down in Lichuan in the future. Only living here can I feel that my life is not in vain.

July 23rd, 2008, I will never forget it. I couldn't believe what I said if I hadn't experienced it personally. Such a thing will really happen. Just as we announced the end of the activity of teaching with love, more than 70 students we recruited cried. I can't help crying with them. Although I didn't cry aloud, I shed a lot of tears. The students' crying lasted for more than two hours, and I cried for such a long time under their influence, but intermittently, I can't count how many times I cried. I really didn't expect to receive such a precious gift when we left, which no money can buy. Of course, the people who cried were not only me and all the students, but also the members of the 13 team with me and all the villagers present, all of whom shed tears for our parting this time.

Their tears made me feel the great success of our team and the fundamental difference between compulsory education and national normal education. We give them ten days of make-up lessons, which can make them cry and stay, but even ten years of teacher education can hardly achieve this effect. It should be an obligation, not an obligation at all, so it is necessary for us educators to reflect on our work. Whether you should change your wrong methods in some aspects.

I also felt the beautiful image of college students in people's minds, and everyone was particularly welcome to go. Now I am proud that I am a college student, and I am proud that I am a college student of Hubei Renmin University.

Experience of students who have been helped in the teaching of Part 6.

Educational practice is a sign that our normal students are about to embark on a long journey of life, and it is another starting point of our normal students' life, which is of great significance to our future career planning. This educational practice is of special significance to us, because it is called teaching practice. When we went to Xinjiang for internship, we came to Santai Town Central School in Jimsar County, Changji Prefecture with half joy and half worry. Just four months of internship life is fleeting. In this harvest season, we have made unexpected achievements, gained valuable experience in class management and teaching, and deeply realized the cohesion of the class, the diversity of teaching methods and the profoundness of teaching. Of course, due to our lack of experience, there are also some problems in the internship process. Let me talk about some experiences and shortcomings of this internship:

I came to Jimsar County on September 3rd. For us who had just left school at that time, this place was very different from what we imagined. This is a beautiful small county. In the county seat, the Education Bureau gave us a brief welcoming ceremony, where we ate the fruits such as naan cake, watermelon and grapes in Xinjiang for the first time, and let us meet with the leaders of our practice school. Later, we were brought to the school by the school leaders to report. The school where I teach is Santai Town Central School in Jimsar County, which is far from the county seat. I sat in the car, the car was speeding, and I saw the Tianshan Mountains from the window. We can't help sighing for it. Because we took the train for 36 hours, the leader took us to the town to eat saute spicy chicken and lasagna in Xinjiang. Then we came to the internship school and officially started our internship life.

The school is particularly enthusiastic about our four teaching college students. When we first arrived at the school, the principal, director and other leaders personally greeted us at the gate, which made us all very moved. This also shows that the school leaders attach great importance to us and consider our lives very thoughtfully. They cleaned up our dormitory, made bedding and bought new quilts, rice, flour, rice cookers and other kitchen utensils.

My major is elementary school education and mathematics, so I was assigned to two math classes in the third grade, one is Uygur class and the other is Kazakh class, with one class per week 10, and then I was assigned to the office of the moral education office, which gave me an opportunity to exercise, not only computers, but also interpersonal communication. There will be many activities in the school, most of which are arranged by the Moral Education Office, so I often participate in school activities, such as raising the national flag, and at the same time exercise my courage and oral expression skills through those activities. I have learned a lot of computer knowledge, and now I am almost competent in all kinds of operating skills I need in the office. I feel very proud. During these four months' teaching life, although I am an intern teacher, I am still strict with myself as a formal teacher and devote myself to the classroom teaching and class management here with a high sense of responsibility and positive attitude. Prepare lessons carefully, do well in each class, and adopt some teaching methods suitable for local students according to their poor foundation, which will be loved by local students. In terms of organizational discipline, I strictly abide by the discipline of the college and local schools, especially in education, teaching and discipline, which has won unanimous praise from local school leaders and teachers.

Because my school is a bilingual school, many children come from mountainous areas and rural areas, and they didn't pay enough attention to Chinese in the past, so students' basic knowledge of Chinese is very weak. Take their Chinese scores last semester for example. Of the more than 30 students in a class, only two have passed Chinese, and they all just got 60 points, so it is very important for me to teach them.

It is difficult for them to attend the class, so I try to speak the slowest so that everyone of them can hear clearly. I remember the first time I went to the podium, I didn't feel nervous, but I spoke a little fast, and the overall feeling was ok. In later classes, the more we talked, the more familiar we became. The students all absorbed the knowledge I taught and cooperated very well. Unfortunately, I didn't use the teaching methods I learned at school. Now with the experience of teaching in recent months, I feel that my classroom control ability has been greatly improved. I can not only control the teaching time well, but also arouse students' enthusiasm in time and make the classroom atmosphere active. Therefore, in these four months, I adopted various teaching methods and adopted the method that can achieve the best teaching effect.

The state attaches great importance to education and has equipped schools with corresponding multimedia teaching equipment. However, since most teachers are ethnic minorities, they don't have a good command of Chinese, let alone computers. Some teachers just don't know anything, so it's a pity that the resources department can make full use of it. Usually, teachers in the office always ask us for help, make a form for them, download something or print materials. In this process, I learned a lot, and I can basically operate it skillfully. During these four months, we also participated in the filing. Every time I meet a record, it becomes the busiest time. We need a lot of information, some of which need to be found in front of the teacher, and some need to be downloaded and revised. I learned a lot in this series of courses, and deepened our relationship through mutual communication with other teachers.

In a word, after four months of internship, I will never forget the experience from student to teacher. Looking back on these days, it is really bittersweet. In this teaching activity, I gained some valuable experience and learned that teachers in Xinjiang are very sleepy, but to be an excellent teacher, I still need unremitting efforts in the future.
