The implementation process of confidentiality responsibility system:
1. Determine the person in charge of confidentiality: the department, bureau, committee, safety committee or security business organization shall determine the person in charge of confidentiality according to the organizational structure and business needs.
2. Establish a confidentiality system: a confidentiality system formulated by the person in charge of confidentiality and approved by relevant departments to standardize and manage the information security work within the organ/unit.
3. Carry out safety education and training: identify the responsible person, confidentiality inspector and confidentiality committee from the perspective of confidentiality. To popularize information security knowledge to all on-the-job personnel.
4. Confirmation of confidential information: The person responsible for confidentiality determination shall confirm the confidential information, determine the confidentiality level, and classify, file, back up, store and transmit it.
5. Classified protection and isolated storage: According to the confidentiality level of information, strict measures are taken to flexibly manage and arrange safe storage and classified protection.
