2. Inventory method
(1) The warehouse uses Excel to print the inventory table.
(2) Inventory personnel shall fill in the physical quantity, location, batch and status (wet or damaged wine, etc.) according to the inventory table. ).
If the origin, batch and status of the same commodity are different, a new line shall be filled in.
(3) After the inventory is completed, the inventory personnel shall sign the inventory results.
④ The warehouse keeper checks the inventory results; Find the difference and find the reason; Re-supply the goods for which the reason for the discrepancy cannot be found. After the resumption, check it again. If there are still differences after the resumption and the reasons cannot be found out, it should be specially noted and reported to the supervisor (if there are more than three unexplained differences, the inventory results of the warehouse will be invalid; Inventory).
⑤ The warehouse keeper should sign the final inventory result.
⑥ The warehouse supervisor shall sign the review results of the warehouses under his jurisdiction.
⑦ Give the rechecked inventory results to a single entry person and enter the spreadsheet. The entry personnel should sign the entered electronic form.
⑧ Import the spreadsheet of inventory results into the system.
3. Inventory process evaluation method.
(1) Accounting responsibility: if the physical inventory of each warehouse is different from the actual inventory, it cannot exceed 10. The warehouse keeper checked the evaluation method and found that the inventory result was different from the manual account. After rechecking, it was found that the inventory count was wrong.
② Responsibility of the warehouse keeper: If the inventory results checked by the warehouse keeper are still found to be wrong after being imported into the system, each warehouse cannot exceed 3 pieces.
③ Responsibilities of warehouse supervisor: Supervise and guide the work of stocktakers and warehouse keepers, and be responsible for the inventory results of warehouses in the managed area. After checking the inventory results of each competent area, no more than 5 items with errors are found after being imported into the system.
④ Responsibilities of the warehouse manager: Supervise the supervisor in the reservoir area to supervise and implement the inventory work. After checking the counting results, the number of items with errors still found after importing into the system cannot exceed 10.
Notes on "Errors are still found after importing the system":
First, the system account is checked with the manual account, and it is found that the system account is wrong; And find out that it is not caused by the system, but the initial inventory result is wrong or the manual account is wrong.

The calculation of the above error amount is based on the reconciliation result on the third night after the system was first introduced.
4. Reward and punishment measures for inventory results
① Incentive measures
A. Stocktaker: 200 yuan will be rewarded if the error rate of the first stocktaking result does not exceed 3 per warehouse; 0 mistakes, reward 500 yuan.
B. Warehouse keeper: verify that the inventory results after signing do not exceed 1 for each warehouse, and reward 200 yuan for mistakes; 0 mistakes, reward 500 yuan.
C. Supervisor: 300 yuan will be awarded no more than twice within the jurisdiction after checking and signing; 0 mistakes, reward 800 yuan.
D. Manager: After checking and signing the counting results, 500 yuan will be rewarded for counting no more than three times in the area; 0 error, reward 1000 yuan.
② Punishment method
A. Stocktaker: If the error rate of the first stocktaking result is greater than 10 per warehouse, 200 yuan will be fined; if it is greater than 15, 500 yuan will be fined. More than 20, fired.
B. Warehouse keeper: 200 yuan will be punished for making more than three mistakes after checking and signing the inventory results; Punish 500 yuan for more than 5 times; 10 or more, rejected.
C. Supervisor: 300 yuan will be punished if there are more than 5 signature errors in the inventory results of this reservoir area; 500 yuan will be punished for exceeding 10; /kloc-more than 0/5, rejected.
D. Warehouse manager: 400 yuan will be punished if there is an error of 10 or more after the verification and signing of the inventory results; 800 yuan will be punished for exceeding 15; More than 25 cases, dismissed.
