New employee training includes professional ability training and safety training. Vocational ability training can adopt tutorial system and regular training system.

Safety training is divided into three levels. First, at the company level, the company trains employees in corporate culture, corporate rules and regulations, corporate safety regulations, labor protection significance and tasks, hopes and requirements.

Second, at the workshop (department) level, workshops or departments educate workshops on production characteristics, distribution of key parts and equipment in dangerous areas, basic knowledge of safety technology, and organization and system of safety production in workshops (departments).
