Hengyang Swimming School, formerly known as Hengyang Swimming Pool and Hengyang Swimming and Diving Center, was founded in 1984. It is an independent legal entity with municipal financial allocation. The school offers six Olympic events: swimming, diving, synchronized swimming, water polo, kayaking and rowing. At present, there are 30 faculty members, including the president 1 person, 2 vice presidents, 2 coaches 14, 2 senior coaches, 4 undergraduates 14 and others 16. There is an office and a training office.
