Bin Sun's personal rock climbing experience
National first-class mountaineer, with rich experience in rock climbing and organizing mountaineering activities, is the designer and coach of a series of domestic rock climbing, ice climbing and mountaineering guide courses. He has 10 years' experience in alpine exploration, and has climbed famous peaks in Asia, Europe, Africa and South America: Mount Everest, Mashan in Xishabang, Mount Elbrus, Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Aconcagua, Mustapha Ata, Nyainqentanglha Central Peak, Qizifeng, Yushan, Momei Mountain in Siguniang, Xuebaoding, and Momei Mountain.

He has 12 years of rock climbing experience, and has climbed in France, Switzerland, Scotland, North Wales, USA, Singapore, Beijing, Yunnan and Guangxi. He has rich experience in sports rock climbing, traditional rock climbing and auxiliary rock climbing, with the initial climbing ability of 7a and the ultimate climbing ability of 7c.

He has 1 1 years of ice climbing experience and won the national ice climbing championship in 2000. He has done many 3700-meter climbs in Scotland, Shamuni in Beijing and Shuangqiaogou in Sichuan. I have climbed many routes with WI5+ difficulty, completed the dragon's breath with WI 6+ difficulty, and completed the genius rock climbing with (V.VI) difficulty.

The courses and teaching materials of China rock climbing practitioners training, mountain climbing guide training and winter ice climbing training are designed. And organized and implemented many related trainings as a coach.

1998, the central peak of Nyainqentanglha Mountain in Tibet (7 1 17m), the traditional route is 7000m.

1999, Xuebaoding (5,588 meters) in Minshan Mountains, Sichuan, reaching the top by traditional route;

1999, runner-up in the speed race of the 7th National Rock Climbing Championship;

Won the second national ice climbing competition in 2000;

From 2000 to 200 1 year, I climbed Mount Qomolangma (6178m) of Kunlun Mountain in Qinghai for three times and led a team to the summit for seven times.
