Three. Main Contents of "Fine Management Year"
The implementation of refined management is put forward in view of the current management status of our station, which mainly solves the problem of extensive work in management and is an important measure to improve management level. All departments and squadrons should focus on key links and important details, and all work should be precise, accurate, detailed and strict. "Fine" means fine, do well and strive for perfection; "Accuracy" means accuracy and punctuality, accurate information and decision-making; "Fine" means fine operation, fine management and fine execution, paying attention to details; "Strict" means strictly implementing system standards and procedures, strictly controlling deviations and improving the overall management level. "Fine Management Year" involves all aspects of toll station management and runs through all management work. Activities should closely focus on the requirements of "standardization, standardization, intensification, humanization and refinement" and do the following work:
(A) charge management
1. Strictly implement the charging policy of "no leakage in application, no charge", strengthen staff training, effectively reduce and eliminate misoperation, do a good job in charging, and enhance the ability to repay loans by charging; Continuously improve the charging efficiency. In principle, each squadron's bicycle ticketing time should not exceed 10 second, cars and buses should not exceed 15 second, and trucks should not exceed 30 seconds.
