Thirty-sixth organs (units) managed by reference to the Civil Service Law shall be trained by reference to these Provisions.

Article 37 The Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Provisions.

Article 38 These Provisions shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. The Interim Provisions on National Civil Servant Training (1No.52 issued on June 5, 1996) shall be abolished at the same time.
