On September 10, I was lucky enough to listen to the highly educational lecture "Effective Strategies for Communicating with Children" by Chunling Gao, the teacher education college of Kunming University. This lecture answered all my questions one by one, and I suddenly felt that my heart was suddenly enlightened and my inner anxiety disappeared. It is difficult to realize the connection education between the old and the young only by kindergartens, but only by implementing family ties and adopting family education. The first is to change parents' educational concept. Many parents pay great attention to their children's knowledge preparation and neglect their ability training when they are in large classes. Only pay attention to how many words children can know and how many math problems they can do, but don't care about their learning interest, study habits and learning ability, and don't care about their independent living ability, communication ability and frustration tolerance. It is wrong to focus only on children's physical health and ignore their mental health. Parents should cultivate and stimulate their children's desire and interest in learning in primary school, and pay attention to cultivating their children's healthy body and mind and good behavior habits in all aspects.
In the lecture, Mr. Gao once suggested? Should the work of connecting young children run through the whole early childhood? At this point, I am deeply ashamed of my years of teaching experience. Thanks to the Education Bureau of our city and the camp kindergarten for building this learning platform for us and giving me the opportunity to enrich and improve myself again. Looking back on this half-month training, it is really rich in content and diverse in forms. During the training period, the special education reports of various schools, the special lectures of front-line teachers and principals, and various practical studies around topics, such as hand-making, children's gymnastics, children's dance and children's playing and singing, filled my heart with wordless gratitude.

What I gained the most from this training was the teachers' lectures. In Mr. Wang Wen's lecture, he told me that the "five-mind cultivation of teachers" made me have a heart of compassion, equality, purity, joy and wisdom in my work and life. Teacher Tan's lectures are easy to understand.
